The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to run around. We did have an issue with our dryer in our unit but Debbie, the property manager was so wonderful. She had our laundry sent out to be cleaned and then also gave us $100 for the inconvenience. I was blown away by the customer service. Paradise grill is also an awesome spot. The golf cart made the vacation very enjoyable also as we didn’t have to drive our car at all. We will definitely be back!

There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless upon arrival. The main living area of the house is so open and airy, plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. We made use of the Golf Cart included, exploring the community. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a lovely vacation all around. The property manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful and personable. This was a wonderful vacation experience.

Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

We had some issues...porch ceiling fans not working, dirty floors, trash under the pull-out couch. When I called the management office numerous times, my calls were never returned. I emailed my concerns and again, NEVER got a response. I am very disappointed that we were ignored. We enjoyed our stay, but your rental managers need to have better communication with your renters.

This was our first family visit with my parents since Covid. The house was a perfect place for the reunion and spending time together. We loved the layout, location, and golf cart.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and had the best time. The house was extremely clean, organized, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sheets and towels were packed in plastic wraps. All the appliances were in great condition. Lots of clean plates, cups, utensils and pots and pans were provided. The view from every room of the house was very beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect. We would love to go back to this house during summer. If I could give 6 stars I would, seriously.

It was an awesome experience. Loved the location, amenities and the house. Only problem was that the house had not been clean when we arrived, but when I notified the management the following morning they acted appropriately. I will be going back again. It was a great experience. The house is beautiful and the location as well.

All interactions with management were very helpful. Overall it was a great find. One suggestion would be to provide some beach chairs for the guests or mention to bring your own would be helpful; most beach rentals have them now. Also perhaps a small Keurig. Would definitely consider this for a summer rental again. The whole community is extremely family friendly.

When we learned of your rentals we decided to bring our grand kids and show them where their fathers spent their summers. The location was wonderful, great views!Unfortunately things went bad from our arrival (12:00 Noon ,that early time was granted by the agent). The place had not been cleaned, even though it was vacant the week before.Linens on floor, oven dirty, toaster oven dirty,shower door fell out, small BR bedspread very dirty,shower drain clogged constantly, toilet handle broken (I fixed it),Ants in LR and Kitchen,ice maker problems,filter in fridge needs replacing,can opener broken, vacuum had no belt to turn brush,etc. Again, we love Pot Nets but it certainly isn't worth $3200 a week! The place is not being maintained.The kids still had a good time but my wife and I were disappointed. I can understand why you sent e-mails offering discounted rental fees.
