It was close to beautiful marinas, pools, and beach bay. The children had a great time in the playground and adults and children loved Paradise Grill.

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!

They had to bring in an entire cleaning crew + Stanley Steamer the first day & had to replace the pots & pans, cutting boards, etc due to being dirty & unsanitary. There were several maintenance issues too which needed to be addressed. Management was responsive & took care of the issues but we lost the first day of our vacation due to this.

The pots and pans in this unit were all scratched up. I had to buy two for our use.The carpets are not clean. I had to clean the baseboards which showed a layer of dirt. The cabinet holding the trash can would not close properly. I mopped the floors and they were very dirty especially in the main sitting area and kitchen.

The home was spacious and very pretty. There were a few things that did need attention (toilet seats broke, walls in some rooms needed a little cleaning and a couple drawers needed repair. But all in all the accommodations were great (plenty of sheets, blankets, utensils etc). In addition the house was beautifully decorated as well and accommodated the large group we had.

When a snowstorm threatened our winter break getaway, the rental manager was wonderful in working with me to push our arrival and departure date. She answered my many questions and gave us great flexibility. Thank you for your help. We loved the large main kitchen and living area-definitely a need in a winter getaway. On a map, the location looks central to Rehoboth and Bethany, but in reality, we had to drive up to Rehoboth to drive down to Dewey or Bethany. It was a longer drive than we were looking for, but fine in the winter when we weren't going to the beach every day. The gift card for a dinner was a major plus.

We chose to come to the beach for something completely different for xmas. It was very quiet and relaxing and just what I needed. House very comfortable, roomy and pretty. View of the Bay was gorgeous. Golf cart not working was only snafu.
