Missing some basic necessities especially in the kitchen like dish towels, trash bags, scissors, tissues, etc. dishwasher didn’t work well but the rest of the appliances were great. Amazing view in a great neighborhood. Third bedroom with the queen bed is not a bedroom it has a shower curtain blocking it off from the living room which seemed deceiving from the description. Besides that, nice stay.

This property has the best mid boardwalk location. The ocean is very close and views are great from inside or on the patio. Be sure to rent bike cruisers they are a blast!

The location can't be beat! Property is exactly as described. Bedroom layout is a bit odd, but clearly shown in the photos and description, and the price (lower than surrounding) is appropriate for this space.

Great place but being on the ground level, you can have amply air from the ocean but there is a safety concern with only have screens for a barrier from the general beach. At night I closed the windows and it was uncomfortable. This is clearly stated in the description. Great place, great location! Mission Beach will steal your heart !!

The location is great as advertised, the house not so much. Parking is extremely challenged (do not rent if you have a big SUV), no A/C which leads to a dampness in the unit (and we never cooled down under 75), and 3585 only has the ground floor/no upper decks in the photo. We left a day early.

The property was in a great spot and close to everything we needed. The management company was fantastic and the owner was easy to work with as well. The house had amazing views with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean. We loved that the property had boogie boards and a skim boards to use. We would definitely rent this property again.

Location was perfect! For the first couple days we had cloudy skies and even some light rain. So this place was perfect for relaxing inside or on the patio with a blanket. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

This house is perfectly located on mission beach near the hustle & bustle of the infamous boardwalk. We did a lot of relaxing and took our daily walk amongst the locals. Music, laughing and fun energy...this was the perfect house for our family.

Location and beach was great! House was nice but not stocked very well, we had to buy our own TP and paper towels, the grill did not work and propane was to low to cook on. I should have read the bed situation better as we were 2 adult couples and the bed situation was not idea. but that’s my fault. The check out process was ridiculous as far as what they ask of you and how non lenient the whole process was. there was no good instructions for tv, speaker and WiFi. But overall we had a great time, property and beach were beautiful.

Awesome location, Super easy check in ,nice and roomy ,great Private patio ,we had To park across the street , parking area to small for 2 vehicle parking , that would be the only downside but really we didn’t even mind that, fully stocked kitchen ... We could’ve used a couple more dish towels... And maybe some more bath towels , but besides that it was perfect ! Comfortable beds, we will definitely return to this location!

exactly what we were looking for. modern, clean updated living space for family while being able to walk directly outside to the beach. check in and out was seemless and everything was as advertised.

Property was fairly clean. Location was good. Living area was comfortable with nice kitchen. 3rd bedroom had rusty gym equipment that took up 1/3 of the room blocking closet. Mattress covers were dirty, screen doors broken or missing, handles to sliding doors were broken and didn’t lock, master bedroom door was difficult to lock. Cable tv did not work and management was difficult to get a hold of. We’ve been staying in mission ocean front for 40+ years this property would be great if the above was improved or fixed.

No wifi and no proper 3rd bedroom. Didn’t expect either of those

issue with smell coming from washer and into bathrooms - couldn't get resolved as it wasn't an emergency for weekend support so lived with it til monday. Cleaning crew came and addressed it but it came back as the week went on. Hopefully it gets a permanent resolution for future stays. Otherwise, fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay. There was no shampoos in bathroom no big deal as we brought our own. We also ended up buying our own hand soap at store as the ones provided looked watered down. Kitchen had everything we needed. The third bedroom does not have a door. The door is a curtain and there is a bunch of exercise equipment in there so it was really tight. Pullout sofa was fine. Washer dryer were inside which is handy but washer could use a good scrub down as there is mold in it. All in all vacation was fine and relaxing. Kids loved skateboarding up and down the boardwalk.

This condo was all we needed... lovely accommodations right on the boardwalk w/ restaurants, food, & shopping all just minutes away! The weather was a perfect break from the AZ heat!!

Loved this home. My family of 4 plus my MIL all had plenty of space. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Stocked with enough utensils, pits and pans, etc. Easy walk to Belmont Park. Small beach markets and coffee shops in walking distance. Parking spot is tight. We had a small SUV and it was snug. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This house was a perfect location, very clean, and highly enjoyable! The property management responded promptly to our one inquiry (chairs missing from the patio) and had new ones delivered right away. Definitely want to stay here again!

I felt the property presented better than the pictures. The place was clean, updated, and slept 7 very comfortably. The patio out front was perfect for entertaining, eating, and watching the waves/people. There was also an outdoor shower which was nice to have after swimming in the ocean. My only recommendation would be to put a gate on the north entrance of the patio. We had a 4 year old and had to put some chairs in front so that he wouldn't walk out onto the busy boardwalk. Also, the length and width of the garage was a little short, so we parked on the street. Parking was a little busy, but I always seemed to find a spot within a 5 min walk. The place is located right next to lifeguard station 18, so it was an easy landmark for the kids to look for when walking up and down the boardwalk/beach. I would definitely rent this place again.
