We enjoyed this quaint studio apartment. Great location, very clean, well decorated and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Could not have found a better location. The studio was so quiet it was surprising. We had everything we needed in the room. We walked almost everywhere other than a visit to a Plantation and a bus trip to the Food and Wine Fest. Would recommend this to anyone.

The property is perfectly located to enjoy ALL of the old town Charleston. The room was perfect for the stay and I’d recommend it to all that want to be near the Market and all offered close by.

Property is set in the heart of Charleston and we could not have asked for a better location! Literally walking distance to just about anywhere you will likely want to be in Charleston. The space is roomy with a small seating area, a nice kitchenette with a small fridge and coffee maker. Check in was so easy as the instructions we received were very detailed. Parking was right around the corner and it was a relief knowing we had a place to park as parking Charleston could otherwise have been challenging! We walked everywhere we went for the entire weekend and thoroughly enjoyed coming back to our quaint cottage on the third floor. We are eager to come back to visit Charleston and will definitely stay at this property again!

Went all over Charleston

Suite is right by market and other shops / restaurants we stayed on third floor so if you have a lot of baggage you have to carry up 2 flights of stairs suite is nice for a couple you will hear noise from the street but didn’t bother us we very much enjoyed our stay and Charleston

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Parking was a little difficult because you have to double park to unload your bags run upstairs get a parking pass and then go park about three blocks away and walk all way back to the apartment. However, you are right across from the market easy access to a lot of restaurants and a lot of shopping and the apartment itself was very nice

The building and room are great and exactly as the pictures. What was extremely disappointing is the entire room and bathroom was very very dusty. Appears they had not dusted the bathroom shelves or shutters in months. Also found long, black hair. We also struggled to get hot water to come to bathroom sink, finally figured out if we ran shower it allowed hot water to come to the sink. The bed was comfortable and loved having the fridge, microwave, keurig and kettle. Again the location was PERFECT!!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Location, location, location. Ideal spot to explore all that Charleston has to offer. Almost everything was walking distance from this spot. Our suite was well-maintained, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend. The kitchenette does come in handy and adds to the value of this rental. As mentioned in the listing, the Charleston Market is literally across the street and it does start hopping at 9:30 or so in the morning and some street noise does waft into the unit. Not a big deal but thought I would point it out. Also, there were a few homeless folks who decided to camp out in the alcove one night. It didn't seem to be a usual spot for them and generally, there was not as much of that going on as say in New Orleans but it was a bit of a surprise to see. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider this rental for any future trips to Charleston.

We were guests for a weekend wedding in Charleston and didn’t want to stay in a typical hotel room. The bride suggested this Market Street Suite and it was perfect for us. The decor and room setup was charming and the central location enabled us to park the car for the weekend and walk to all the wedding weekend events. Highly recommended.

This beautiful studio was everything we hoped it would be and also the perfect location in Charleston. We will definitely be back next year!

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary getaway at this cute studio. We cannot say enough good things about the location. The charming room itself was a hidden gem in the busy spot of Market Street shopping. Comfy bed and a kitchenette for all your needs. We highly recommend this spot for those looking for the privacy of a stay.

Impeccable room, fabulous location right in the heart of downtown Charleston. The owner Carl was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Our room was even ready before the check in time and we were able to drop our luggage off and get off to start our sightseeing. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property in the ideal downtown location right across from the Historic Charleston City Market. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants, waterfront, parks, King Street shopping, Rainbow Row, etc. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Charleston. The owner was quick to respond and gave perfect instructions regarding parking and check in. We didn’t have a single issue the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, beautiful home, excellent communication w owner. Only gripe is that the TOO SOFT mattress we rolled into each other and woke up w back aches. Owner assured us that it a replacement would happen eventually. I spent the rest of the stay on the twin trundle bed. Though I had to remove the protective sheet, as it was covered w stains and dust. We paid a VERY substantial cleaning fee and would assume that would also apply to cleaning prior to our stay. Owners were pleasant and understanding, though no discussion of applying a reduced rate, for which we would have been grateful.
