The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Called again to report. That night they were quite by 10:30pm.

The property exceeded all expectations. Sleeping arrangements, accommodations and location was exactly what we were looking for. It is a great feeling when a property doesn't advertise or produce photos that aren't realistic.

The grill was less than adequate as the knobs wouldn't control the flame and only the back part of the grill functioned. The garage gate malfunctioned and would not open so we had to park on the street a couple times for awhile but a repairman was sent out fairly quickly. More bath towels would of been nice for the size group we had. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations. There was several nights that it was noisy well after 10 PM. One suggestion we have is that perhaps some folding drying racks could be available to hang swim suits on as there was no where to even hang bath towels let alone suits. Overall a great stay for our family!!!

This is our second summer staying with Beachfront properties and it just keeps getting better. The place was lovely and perfectly located. Management is responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to next year.

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend. The place was clean, spacious and was just like it was advertised/pictured. I highly recommend this place!

The location was great house was some what clean but we had a clogged sink from first day we got there we notified the property management that same day and the sink was never fixed I got a text late Saturday that it was scheduled to be fixed Sunday at 11 am, what good was that going to do my family when we were going to check out at 10 am!!!!! I called after that text and spoke to a representative and told her Sunday was not acceptable for the sink to get fixed needed fix now she said she was going to check on it and call me right back and she never did I!!!! Very bad experience this ruined my family vacation!!!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for for our staycation. The house was very spacious and comfortable. With the boardwalk being right behind it, and shops being within walking distance, there was always something to do. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Oceanside, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

We loved walking to the pier but mainly enjoying our friends in this wonderful space. I called in a few minor things that needed addressing and the management company was ON IT right away and took care of EVERYTHING to our satisfaction! We all would DEFINITELY go back and highly recommend this unit. Parking for 2 cars was convenient in the clean lot underneath the condo, and had an elevator! We enjoyed having the front doors fully opened so we could listen and watch the waves. The fire pit, bbq and jacuzzi were also appreciated. 5 stars!!!

I feel like a lot of the time a rental isn’t quite as spacious as the pictures make it look, in this instance it was so much more spacious than we expected. It was so perfect, fit our family perfectly, perfect location, loved the beach between the rental and the pier, not too bad of a walk to find a nice sandy spot to set up for the day. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back! The assistance line was also super helpful when i couldn’t find where to access the garage for the property, didn’t realize the street wrapped around the front.
