Lovely spot on a fruit farm, very comfortable, good location for visits to beach and Canterbury.

Lovely cottage on a fruit farm so there are wonderful walks in the orchards. Fairly close to a village by car not walking distance. Lovely helpful, friendly hosts.

We stayed the last week in May and had the most amazing time. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. The cottage had everything you could want, and the location was fantastic. The outside space thats allocated with the cottage was fantastic we played for hours outside. The location is perfect for the beach, Canterbury Castle, wildlife park etc etc. There are 2 local pubs/restaurants minutes from the cottage and the owners were so nice (The Rising Sun and The Dog and Duck, the food was delicious. The best thing was the quiet, its so peaceful. We would highly recommend Hawthorne Cottage.

Lovely cottage hidden behind the main house, deceptively large with plenty of space for our group of six, yet still cosy. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend for a holiday or weekend retreat.

A lovely cottage in an interesting location. Well placed to visit both coasts, equally well equipped that you can really enjoy staying put. Very clean.
