Camera silenziosa. Colazione superlativa, abbondante e di qualità. Parcheggio privato molto apprezzato. Posizione molto comoda alle superstrade.

Aria condizionata non disattivabile per il troppo freddo (permesse solo regolazioni di ventola e modo di funzionamento).

Echt mooie lokatie, bar is top, fijne kamer, dicht bij de ferry’s.

The location was fantastic. Access to the beach, many restaurants, tourist sights. The restaurant and café located in the hotel were both wonderful food and service. The spa had many amazing treatment options and pleasant staff! The room was clean and spacious.

Typisches Best Western Hotel. Mein weiß, was man bekommt. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß auch in der Stadt. Nettes Personal. Frühstück ganz ok. WLAN stabil. Kostenfreier beachter Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Gutes Restaurant im Haus. Alles recht lebhaft. Wir waren eine Nacht... dafür akzeptabel...

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Überall quietscht es. Zimmer sehr klein ( Raum 411 ). Aufzug ist ein Problem bei hohem Aufkommen. Dauert ewig, bis da etwas geht. Schade dass im guten Restaurant etwas die Sauberkeit fehlt ( zB die Salzstreuer sind komplett versifft ). Der Check-In-Bereich ist klein direkt nebne der Bar und dem Restaurant - deshalb ist es recht hektisch. Keine deutschen TV-Sender ( wer sowas braucht ). Duscht ist nach einer Seite offen. Da setzt man das Bad unter Wasser ( komische Konstruktion )....

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. You don't need to go out for a nice meal as the hotel has 2 restaurants. We had fish and chips for lunch at the Wheelers, had a 2 course meal at the main restaurant plus drinks at the bar. We also had a nice breakfast and coffee at the Wheelers.

No staff at the Spa reception to get towels. The key that you get at the ground reception for the locker in the Spa works at other padlocks so it's not safe to leave valuables. The waiting time for the lift takes ages so it is best to use the stairs.

Directly on the coast, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and had a comfy bed.

Toller Spa- und Fitnessbereich. Verkehrsgünstig zur Fähre gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstück, was keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Ich bin schon zum zweiten mal dort gewesen und finde es noch immer sehr schön dort.

The room had a great view and was lovely and modern. The spa was a lovely added touch to the hotel too.

You can hear people walking through the corridors that could disturb light sleepers.

Convenient location near the harbour. Nice bar, and great restaurant.

Heating system broken. 11°c in the room! The staff didn’t really care, we had to call them 4 times to eventually get a solution.

Bartender man Mr. Mayur made us feel luckiest to have into this hotel and the Location, other side breakfast cost too much. Rest all looks under budget. The hotel is like old heritage property. Best places to stay if you are early bird to catch the ferry.

Cold room with non-insulated windows. You could literally feel the wind from the sea in there 🥶 Tiny bed for two people, that was very uncomfortable

Great breakfast, staff were friendly, room was very clean and smart, easy to access all town centre facilities.

Rooms were small and cold with only single glazing, nowhere to sit to watch TV except on the bed.

Das gut ausgestattete Dreibettzimmer hatte ein großes und modernes Bad und es war alles picobello sauber.

I did like the Bar/ dinner area. The breakfeast was very good.

Long Wartung to Check in

Convenient location.

I applied for a Room Upgrade and was duly sent an email confirmation but upon presenting this to Gary, on the desk, was told that there had been a glitch and the room was NOT available!! To cap it all when we left, Mayer, wanted to charge us the extra £30! When explained, he was very helpful and suggested that we report this issue. Not happy!

Location was good as it is only 4 min drive from ferry terminal

Rooms are too small, I booked a room of 4, 2 adults and 2 children but we were cramped in the room as it was not meant to be for this

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs - visiting Dover Castle. Friendly welcome from the reception team. The in house restaurant, Mr White's English Chophouse, was a lovely experience. The set dinner menu was very good value and the team working last Friday evening were very friendly and attentive, without being over powering.

At check in we were advised of an upgrade to our twin room and that we now had two double beds and a sea view. The second bed was a made up sofa bed and unfortunately because it was hard and had a ridge in it, just below the pillow line, meant that it was not possible to use. We should have gone to reception straight away to ask for our original room which my cousin wanted to do but I chose not to do anything until the following morning. We advised reception that the gesture was kind however not suitable for us, that we had tried to put the sofa bed back but hadn’t quite managed it. We asked if housekeeping could help with this. Reception did offer for us to change rooms but we declined as we only had one more night in the hotel. When we returned to our room later, the sofa bed hadn’t been touched. As it was our last night we didn’t bother mentioning it. However this experience did spoil the relaxation side of our trip.

Nice big family room with a good view of the sea front. Very clean and quiet.

There was only one very slow lift for the whole building. The restaurant service in the evening seemed completely disinterested. The food was ok but nothing spectacular and quite a let down considering the Chef who'd put his name all over the menu.

The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for our needs. Beautiful view and easy to check in. Did not allow early check in as room was not ready but allowed us to leave luggage in secure area until room ready. Several eating places nearly.

Need to upgrade elevator as it was very small and slow.
