We rented out the Grange Farmhouse to celebrate a few days leading up to my 21st birthday. The house, the host, the facilities and the three days in general were unforgettable. Impressive house with very sociable kitchen area. We were a party of 16 with 1 baby and a dog and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would definitely return. The area is lovely with Wells-next-the-sea on the coast, worth a visit with its gorgeous beach. Kitchen equipment and utensils well provided. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Delightful property. Spacious but cosy for a large party as we were. Fantastic kitchen but even with large wine fridge and large food fridge eould benefit with another fridge as, had to use the downstairs loo for veg and fruit stores as nice and cool! Also all lights should be check for working bulbs before arrival as slightly irritating to have to sort on day one of holiday. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

It was a very lovely house with plenty of space for 17 adults.The kitchen was enormous and all of us could easily gather there at one time , making it a very sociable space. We didn't use the garden due to the weather but I am sure in the summer it would be wonderful for families.

A beautiful house which accommodated our family party of 14 with ease. The kitchen was stunning and well equipped although it did take us some time to navigate where everything was. The comfortable lounges were made good use of as the October weather was rather wet. The honey/nut cake left for us was delicious and much appreciated.
