Nothing is special about this place...We have rented the room for one night only. We came back to the apartment after the long journey from London and 10 miles of hiking. But surprise, no hot water in this pitty place. They only managed to sort out hot water the next day only .... Central heating didn't work at all during the night time... my pregnant wife couldn't sleep, as it was freezing...
Overall everything is very old, or not working properly...
This place should cost 60 pounds max. Do not waste your money by renting this place!

It was different, old property which was quaint.

The location was great and the room very warm and the host had added some very nice touches.
We didn't like being bombarded with lots of texts and emails prior to our arrival regarding pretty common sense issues. Obviously the keycode and key instructions were essential but other instructions were not necessary and these were also in the room! We have never stayed anywhere before, and we have used booking.com here and in Europe, where we have been given cleaning products and instructions for taking all the used linen and towels unfolded into a bag for the host to collect.

Perfect location. Close to the shops and local amenities. Partial sea view. The cottage is quirky but was just right for a short escape.
The two flights of stairs lesding upto the attic room were very steep and as a solo traveller, carrying my bags to the room was something of a challenge but the host had pre-warned me about this.
Parking was also a little tricky at times as I was unable to find a free space on the road.
