I booked this cottage for our son and family, including three children 9, 7 and 2.5 years, they agree with this post. Everything was perfect, so cosy and possible to have a real fire, super kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms and all the three bedrooms were lovely. There were two child gates with instructions on the wall near them, they used both. They would certainly use it again although really wanted to be in the village where we were staying but wanted a little garden. Our daughter and family were also staying in the village but think next time both will wish to stay at Sycamore Cottage although not room for ALL!!

Second visit to the cottage. Good as first even though weather wasn't. Both children and dog enjoyed walks by the river.

A well equipped cottage in a perfect location in grassington, kitchen and bathrooms were very good, living room in need of deep clean , it’s sadly dated and rather depressing. That aside I would recommend to others.
