Very nice

This condo has it all. The views will from the windows and sitting on the porch are heavenly. The decor is beachy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every possible thing you may want to cook with. (Even a Crock Pot) The porch furniture is so comfortable that you could sit there all day. The condo was spotless. (Which is a major factor for me) The communication with the property manager was excellent. The complex itself is very well maintained. The pool areas and entry were cleaned everyday. A private gate and walkway to the beach. The ONLY snafu I would say are the codes getting in and out. (I'm not complaining too much because then you know that you are safe within the parking lot and complex) It just takes a day to get used to them, however that's not a major problem. Just be aware. All in all I have stayed at many VRBO's throughout the years and this was one of my favorites. (And I'm a little picky) We are looking forward to booking again next year and will do so as soon as the dates come up that we need. Thank you for an absolutley delightful visit to Pensacola Beach.

Wonderful location and a great view. Lots of top notch restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Nothing disappointed us. Excellent communication with the owner.

We came to get away from the snow. The views from the balcony were beautiful! Plenty of dining options in this somewhat quiet area. We had a great time!

Beautifully appointed condo in the perfect location on the beach. Close to everything and we enjoyed the heated pool & hottub on cooler days.The furniture was perfect for 4 guests and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the sand and water. We'll definitely book here again for future stays.

This was a great unit for a couple of day get away for Christmas. Communication with the folks with JoJos was excellent. will recommend them in the future

My husband and I stayed for an anniversary celebration and it was lovely! December isn’t the warmest time to go, but the views were still beautiful and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub often. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and walked to everything we wanted to do including restaurants and bike rentals.

Clean, quiet, well maintained and stocked. Attractive unit, good bedding, great views of ocean and great location. Nice facilities (heated pool, hot tub, exercise room). Highly recommend this rental.

Great location, nice condo, perfect for getaway weekend with family or friends. Looking forward to a return trip to warm and sunny Pensacola Beach next year!

The condo was perfect, clean and with everything you need. Everything was within a half mile so we walked to dinner, shopping and to ride go-carts. Beach was perfect with just the right amount of people.

This condo was very nice! The only downside was the garbage disposal doesn’t seem to be working and the shower curtain liner in the master bath needs to be changed out. It’s pretty gross. Other than that, it’s a great space. There were 3 of us (girls getaway!) and there was enough room for us to have our own space but be together as well. I would highly recommend and we would love to rent again!

Very nice and beautiful

WOW!! We stayed at this condo for the Blues weekend. We could not have asked for a better view! This condo has breath taking view of the gulf form the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and of course the balcony. It is a very pretty condo. The owner was wonderful with communication. We were even contact shortly after checking in to make sure everything went smoothly and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this condo!

The condo was even cuter in person and so very comfortable. The view is amazing, the condo is well appointed and the kitchen and supplies were fantastic. Communication with the owner was easy and could not have been better. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a wonderful place and so glad we stayed. It really did feel like home. The location was great as my husband had some business to attend in downtown Pensacola and the drive daily was so easy. This place is close to Fort Pickens, which is a jewel. The unit was so quiet and everyone so friendly. The check-in instruction were the best I've ever received to a VRBO...I knew exactly what to bring. And the view was amazing. Thanks for letting us stay! We hope to be back soon!

The property has everything you need. Would stay here again.

The property is in a great location. We loved the beach and the addition of the beach service. However, we had to swifer the bathroom floors to get the hair up. The recliner was broken and 2 of the 5 deck chairs needed to be thrown away. The beds were also very hard. The big problem was the ants. We learned from another guest at the pool that this property has always had an ant problem. Won't be back to this property.

This condo is clean and the beds are super comfortable. Location is great. Walking distance to all the good restaurants. Perfect view of the beach from the balcony.

Once again another wonderful stay at this property and the unit has everything needed for comfort. Unit owner responsive and makes your stay a priority if anything is needed. Great seeing old return guests and staff and making new memories!

Just stayed a week here and couldn’t have been happier! The view is beautiful, the condo was clean and well appointed. It’s a short quick walk down to the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. No crazy crowds like you get in Destin or Guld Shores. Perfect!

Beautiful winter weekend on Pensacola Beach for 2 senior citizens visiting family who live in the area. The condo was nice and area restaurants were terrific

I had been wanting to see the Blue Angels for a long time. I searched for a condo where I could watch the air show from the balcony. This condo provided that and more. Perfect location, perfect condo….just perfect everything! We will definitely be back!

We had an awesome stay! The condo was beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach. Communication was great with the owners...such nice people. We plan on making this a yearly trip for us...staying in this exact condo! Highly recommended!!!
