Very clean and spacious.

Shower needs curtain

Clean, fresh, spacious (even though it was one-room apartment), with really high ceilings so we hadn’t a feeling we’re on ground level. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed was spacious and comfortable (the mattress is on the softer side so I suppose it isn’t for everyone). The location is not that nice but the building is new and clean with parking spots in front. Note: the building isn’t labeled properly - it is building no. 3 (there weren’t any no. 3B, as stated in reservation). The host was polite and arrived shortly after we got there.

Everything was fine.

It was a longer trip then expected and we had all we need for almost 2 weeks and a half. We travel a lot and we have only apartments. This one exceeded our expectation: clean, host was very kind, parking safe and the utilities in the apartment were all we needed. We also enjoyed a coffee on the balcony. Quick reach to center and all you need. We recommend Visaj- Residence and Home.

Nothing to dislike

My experience was absolutely positive; everything was great and the apartment is big and very well kept, everything was spotless clean. The host welcomed me and he always made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout all my stay. I also requested to check-in earlier than supposed and the owner managed to organize everything for me.

could be a really good apartment (we stayed in ap.no20), but the host needs to put more effort into the well-being of the tenants.

-room 20 was smelling like a outside the city pub or an unused ashtray,although inside was a sign with "no Smoking" -overall appearance of the room and furniture very bad, seemed old and heavily used -pillows were very hard and had stains on it -we should've changed the room but when we arrived the room was not ready so we decided to visit the city instead, returning late to the location.

Apt was not ready to receive guests. Dirty walls, bad odor, no bedding for couch Missing furniture , like no dining table in kitchen, no trash basket, no coffee maker Girl who gave us the key was way overwhelmed by the situation - had to call few people to get us the WIFI I asked her if they have a different unit and she said nooo, we sold out .. Finally while talking with her boos we told him the apt. was not clean and we didn't want to stay He knew the situations so he offered us a newer place 5 min away, that apt was nice and clean, but in a construction area It didn't had so many basics like a cutting knife, paper towels, tissues, dish detergent, ..but after moving once I was done I do not recommend these places if you expect to have a comfortable stay, until they get their things organized and provide the necessary amenities

The apt building was still in construction ...strong paint smell in the common hallway, construction trash everywhere And when you walked outside you were walking in dirt First night was soo loud as upstairs people were partying until 4am and we didn't had any phone numbers to call anybody We did got it the second day from guy managing the place - who was very nice Please provide the necessary stuff when renting apt its not that expensive to have some paper towels or a cutting knife in the kitchen, or a coffee maker

Nice place to spend a night

i called the owner which showed up within 5 minutes and provided us the keys showing us around and providing us some extra towels that were added immediately on top of the provided ones.

Apartment is new and the staff is friendly and everything was as previously agreed. The owner was especially welcoming and shared some places to visit in Timisoara. I definitely recommend this apartment.

I did like the price and the easy parking access.

I didn't like 3 things: 1. Owner didn't send me any information and instruction about how to access the apartment. I did ask him through booking chat but he didn't answer me. Me, my wife and our 5 month old baby were waiting for his response under the building for about 2 hours. By the way we arrived after check-in time. 2. Walls were so thin that we were able to here every little noise from our neighbors. The worst part is that we woke up at 2 AM because our neighbor started singing and laughing. I did ask him twice to stop making noise but he did continue singing and laughing until 4 AM. For context: before that we were driving from Wien to Timisoara (8+ hours). We really wanted to have a rest but our stay was like a nightmare. 3. Location was bad, nothing interesting around.
