Good spacious appartment. Very nicely located in city centre with parking nearby.
Bathroom needed descaling of shower heads and maybe some extra ventilation. But nothing major

This is actually a very nice property, I liked the style of the apartment. For Liege, this is a decent place. The rooms were nice, only problem is that they were mirrorless.
We were a bit confused as to the location of this apartment but we were helped out by very friendly member of staff.
The smell of cigarettes in this place is completely overwhelming. I felt like I was getting lung cancer as I was just breathing in the apartment. It’s also not very clean, a few of the plates had stains, as did the curtains but other than that, it was ok.
The location of this property was so confusing to find. We were stranded outside of the apartment for 20 minutes, only to figure out that we have to go into the reception first(?). Also, if you’re a claustrophobe, this place may not be for you. The elevator to get up to the apartment is dangerously small and felt like a torture device to go up and down, often stopping mid journey. What confused me is that there were stairs at the back of the property, and we only found this out in our last hour of staying there. A heads up from the staff about the stairs would’ve been appreciated and would’ve stopped us from riding a contraption from hell every time we wanted to leave.

Very friendly and helpfull personnel in the hotel. A spacious apartment with nice streat view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and comes with everything you need for your stay.
The entrance of the apartment is in a very dirty, bad smelling bystreet. The keys to the apartment don’t work for the frontdoor, so we couldn’t go back in without going to the hotel’s lobby around the building and help from the staff. The elevator to the apt is defect, apparently for more than a week already. The stairs are steep and narrow and the building is high. Although the view from the balcony is very nice, better keep all other curtains closed, unlike you enjoy the view of scaffolds and peeing people…

Really spacious & clean.
Everything great, except parking. The nearest public carpark (advertised on the site) was underground & our vehicle wouldn’t fit. Had to park a fair distance away.

The location was perfect and the apartment is spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here for a short citytrip. Perfect for 3 or 4 persons and good value for the price you pay. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

Excellent hotel

We could not find a (beer) bottle opener which is a bit sad in Belgium!
It would be a nice touch to supply a few basics like tea, coffee, milk on arrival. No dish washing brushes.
The beautiful oak stair had been very clumsily renovated which is a pity.

The people at the reception desk were friendly. They were also helpful. When we had a problem with the sewage-like odor in the bathroom, they did their best to fix it. One of the women (I will not name her because I'm not sure if she's ok with that) at the reception also offered us to stay in one of the family rooms if the odor does not go away. In the end, it did, and we stayed a full week at the apartment.
It is big enough for a family with a lot of room to move around and play. It is also very well-located in the sense that you can walk to almost every part of the city in 10 minutes. In the absence of airconditioning, there are fans in both bedrooms. Lots of towels available. Garbage can is cleaned out everyday. We also appreciated that there is a washing machine.
The apartment could use a lot of love and maintenance. It was not very clean (look under the cupboard and feel the floor) and there is a need to fill up the cupboard (there's not enough glasses and cutlery that we have to wash these right every after meal, weird because they have a hotel and restaurant). The bathroom reeked of sewage when we arrived. It was solved after two days of stay but still, it doesn't really make you feel welcome. The interior needs a bit of soul. It can be really warm during hot days as there's no airconditioning.
You need to pick up the keys in a separate building before you can enter the apartment. Also, if you are arriving with the car, you need to park in a separate parking area. There is no free parking space in front of the apartment building.
It was really warm in Liege when we were there (30+ degrees) so we had to open our windows in the evenings. However, it can be really loud outside with people not only chatting but shouting at a cafe around the corner. Maybe good to bring some earbuds.

Good location in centre of town near all tourist stuff and place was very large and modern inside too with parking next to it and lift directly to rooms.

Location was great.
Kitchen was not well equiped

Close to town center, next to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also, payed parking is in walking distance so no worries about parking also. Breakfast was the great, lots of options for eating but also for drinking.
Main reception was hard to find and the apartment had few kitchen ustensils for those willing to prepare their own food.

Needed the extra space (2 bedrooms), there was a small elevator, location was central, paid parking nearby, ability to check into unit early, and washer (did not use)
Was not as clean as I’d expect (found glass shards on floor and many flies in apt among other items), place felt cold (entire unit was basically gray, could use a rug & full length mirror), no basic cooking items (such as salt/pepper and paper/cloth kitchen towels), check-in location was not properly detailed (it’s at the nearby hotel not at the apt), bathroom sink needs to be unclogged, wifi was spotty at times, no freezer (fridge only), garbage can was broken, heating worked but needed to keep curtains open at night so that heat could travel into the room and not get trapped behind curtains

The location was excellent for both the city centre and parking (St Denis). The staff were friendly and the beds comfortable. Everything listed as facilities were there (masses of excellent towels!) - apart from a non- functional 'fridge...
The broken fridge had been noted before we checked in - why wasn't it pointed out? Did they think we wouldn't notice? A replacement was scheduled after our check-out which meant that we had to throw away fresh food (milk, yogurt, etc) that we'd brought with us. But to the manager's credit, she willingly agreed to free breakfasts for our stay so we were happy - and for the record, the breakfast is superb!
Overall, we felt that a few little touches would make the apartment much more pleasant. There was only one mirror in the whole place - in the bathroom, and not wonderfully lit. No bedside lights or drawers/dressing tables either in the bedrooms. The welcome sheet mentioned complimentary water; there was none. The channels listing for the TV showed 73 choices but only 16 were available without a password - that the reception staff didn't know! And apart from single large (nice) photographs of Liege in the bedrooms and lounge there was no decoration at all. And no tea towel in the kitchen for drying washing-up.
Overall, a very satisfactory venue for a short city break but the lack of little touches just takes the edge off it.

Perfect location, clean, newly renovated, everything is available as your private flat

Lots of space, some necessary kitchen appliances, location is just perfect and parking is close.
In one of the bedrooms it was super cold and we couldn't find a way how to make it warmer - everything was on maximum. Maybe its us though =)

Good place to stay, location is great for shopping supermarket etc.
Can be more cleaned.

Location is great.
Sterile apartment with a weird layout. While it’s spacious it lacks personality. Only exit in case of fire is through a stair case, we didn’t see any smoke detectors, but this can be something we overlooked.
Beds can be softer.
Our last night rest was severely disturbed by partying crowd to late in the night. Probably we were unlucky and it’s what happens staying at a place in the center.
If you have a large/wide car - the public parking place is quite narrow. Take your time to avoid scratches.
