I really liked the location and the access to all facilities. I could try new wellness facilities. It wasn’t too crowded neither. The restaurant was really awesome even if it’s not included in the basic price. The breakfast was diversified and good.

Toilets are a bit unwelcoming The water was really expansive for nothing.

The premises where virtually brand new and spotless, even though this hotel is an historical setting.There is modern, tasteful design everywhere you look. Every facility was available, clean and functioning. We got charmed forever. The treatments real effective and restful, even fun, like a spa attraction park. At first we didn’t want to get the dinner menu but, as we finally did we realized that it would be a terrible loss: it was close to heavenly. The buffet lunch was great French cuisine. The breakfast pretty standard but great product quality. The location beautiful in nature and ambiance.

A better command of English would be appreciated.We understand that the clientele is quite local, but this is (or could be) a much more international destination. Nevertheless, the service was spotless and kind.

Friday spa was too busy. Music is played that isn't really relaxing.

Great break to fully recharge, even on my departure day I was fully able to use the SPA. All facilities are excellent and it feels great to be at such wonderful place, settled in nature.

The relaxed atmosphere, the wellness and the different saunas, hammam etc. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are big and comfy. Food was very tasty and nice (breakfast and buffet lunch).

The evening menu options were not very balanced (e.g too many fish options, no vegetarian option). I do feel that there could also be options for smaller meals for those who don't feel like eating a big buffet lunch. There is really a gap in terms of different tariffs and options for food. There used to be free tea and it's a shame that has disappeared as it was a little touch of luxury for guests that was going a long way. A water fountain would be great too. Although there is a room to dry towel/robe, it doesn't work very well and somewhere to dry them properly would be welcome.
