everything was perfect, location, space and cleanliness. the steps were a challenge but everything else was outstanding. we will be back!

Having stayed in many condos, hotels/motels, etc in all of the Wildwoods for many years, we finally found a place we loved!! All of the places we’ve stayed in the past have been super expensive but not worth the money we paid - they were gross: old, broken or outdated furniture and stained rugs, etc. But, this condo was beautiful! It was CLEAN, had new and updated appliances and furniture, the couches and rugs were clean (not stained or old), the rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. It was in a perfect location just a block from the beach and boardwalk and all the restaurants and bars. My family of 6 had plenty of room and LOVED it. Marcel was a great host responding quickly to any questions. Only thing I would mention is if you have a truck or SUV you cannot fit in the garage - it is very tight and hard pulling in and out- you’ll need to park on the street. Either bring smaller cars or keep your car on the street - there is plenty of metered parking and we had no problem with doing that. Finally - we found a beautiful place to come back to summer after summer!! Thank you Marcel!

The property was in a great location for the beach and boardwalk.

Great location, beautiful inside, easy communication with owner, really liked having a storage place in the garage that was secure, and plenty of storage. Not a complaint but would be good to know ahead of time was that there were a lot of steps leading up to the unit. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Well appointed and very clean condo with lots of space…. Very nice having 3 full bathrooms… large kitchen and eating area… lovely covered balcony and can see a lot … nice breeze too… lots of steps up but nice being on too floor…. Excellent location for access to beach and boardwalk… and within walking distance to many great diners/ restaurants…owner very responsive and great to rent from… definitely recommend staying here

This was exactly as expected. Very cozy with convenient location. Located right behind the boardwalk. Easy access to everything.

I chaperone nine teenagers for a birthday weekend. The place was very clean, very spacious The location was great for us. The garage was giant could park two cars in it and still had room for plenty of beach, toys and chairs. Will definitely rent this place again

Property is fine. The location is close to boardwalk and beach. It is somewhat noisy at night. It does have 30 steps to get to the condo.

Our family really enjoyed Marcel’s property in Wildwood Beach. There was plenty of space for our family to lounge and share time. The condo was clean and located close to the beach. Marcel was quick to respond with questions.

The house owner is very nice. He took care the house issues very quickly. We had a wonderful time there. The location is very close to the beach and boardwalk.

We recently stayed with 8 adults and 5 kids all under 6. There was plenty of room and great location. There are a lot of steps so you will get a work out loading and unloading. However we would stay there again. The owner was amazing as well and very attentive. Again, we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed here to attend a music festival and enjoyed every minute! The condo is extremely roomy and the three bathrooms are a huge plus! The location is great because it is towards the end of the boardwalk, so you are out of the center of the action.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony. Amazing sunsets. Close to everything.

The property overall satisfied our needs. Location was great, and checkin was a breeze. Great having 3 full bathrooms. Garage was a good size for 2 SUVs and beach item storage, just very narrow so need to be cautious when pulling/backing in. Had an appliance issue during the stay, and the host was very prompt with trying to fix the issue. The beds & pillows are not the most comfortable, and recommend atleast bringing your own pillows. Also had a great view of the Friday night fireworks at the boardwalk from our balcony!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It was very clean and so close to the boardwalk! We were able to walk to many restaurants and to the beach. We would definitely rent from this owner again.

I have been renting in Wildwood for many years now and this has hands down the best unit ever. Great location, great furniture, great TVs. The owner is very responsive and a wonderful person. No issues what so ever. We look forward to returning next year. Oh and FYI, amazing ocean view, boardwalk view and fireworks. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my family had a great experience and stay. It was nice and clean upon our arrival, and in an excellent location making for a great few days.

My sons and I had a pleasant stay at this condo. Clean and bright. Lanai/deck was a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or a night cap. Nice to have 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. One block to the boardwalk and close to some great restaurants (I recommend the Boathouse Restaurant for seafood). We had a hiccup with the towels and sheets (I didn’t realize we had to bring them!) but Marcel quickly rectified. Thank you so much. Helene

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcel’s family condo. We were in town for the kite festival, the location was ideal, one block back from the action. Happy to find the DR table accommodated 8 easily as the pictures looked like it may only seat 4. Communication with the owner was top notch, very prompt with responses and addressed a couple minor issues that we encountered immediately. I would highly recommend renting from Marcel and would indeed stay here again myself.

This property is in a fantastic area of wildwood NJ. It is within a 2 minute walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. The value is terrific because it the condo includes enough space for the children to run around and play in the living and dining room. My family and in laws had plenty of room to lounge, chat, and relax.

Stayed four days. Lots of space. Clean. Close to the Boardwalk and beach. Very reasonable price.

Our stay was amazing. The location to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops and other entertainment was spectacular. The condo had everything you could need for a relaxing week. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect. Marcel made the stay easy and we will be back at his property for sure.

This is our first time back in Wildwood in eight years. Website pictures don’t do this property justice. I loved the decor. It was clean and spacious enough for large families. Great location to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely return.

Nice Condo; plenty of space inside, close to boardwalk. Neighborhood was somewhat noisy. Master bedroom was tight, bed was smaller than expected and with plastic cover on mattress, it made for some uncomfortable sleeping accommodations. Overall though, enjoyable stay

We arrived on Saturday August 17 for a 1 week family vacation. The check in went great,keys were available when they said they would be.Upon walking in,it was just my husband & I at that moment.I had decided to take a video to send to my sister showing her the property, thankfully I did.The location is great,easy access to the beach and parks.The condo itself was large and comfortable for the 6 of us. The problems started as we were on our drive home .We received an email stating that the cleaning person found "holes" in the walls and a stain on the area rug under the living room table and 3 stains on the rug up in the loft. Marcel called my husband and told him the cleaning person said we left the condo very clean but he described the problems he found and would send us pictures. Marcel also stated he himself was there last week and the holes were not there. Marcel said he would use the insurance that we purchased to pay for the walls and rugs. My husband told him that I saw the stain on the living room area rug when we arrived...Marcell's response was " maybe that was already there" . I then remembered the video I took. When we got home I found the video and some still shots of that wall, time stamped for the time when we walked in, showing the holes were already there. We then sent the video and photos to Marcel. He agreed the holes were already there. I then sent him an email stating that we would be happy to pay for the rug due to the fact that soda was spilled on it and to take it out of the cleaning deposit but we expected our damage deposit back. He responded that the cleaning fee was waived because of a discount that we never saw on any of the paperwork provided to us and that we will be invoiced and billed for any damages to the unit and the stains are considered damage. Once the amount is determined it will be held from our deposit. That "He is the proprietor and will determine the amount". I explained we paid the cleaning fee & it wasn't waived the discount is not even the same amount as the cleaning fee.He then changed his story to he didn't look in the room with the holes the week before that he was upstairs fixing something.We did get the damage deposit back but he was originally quick to blame us & was ready to hold us responsible for holes in the walls that we didn't do. He also stated we are NOT welcome back as renters.He never even apologized for blaming us for holes in the walls.The situation was handled poorly by the owner.
