Κοντά στο μετρό και σε σχετικά ήσυχο δρομο

Πολύ παλιό σπίτι ,δεκαετίας 60 χωρίς ανακαίνιση, με βρώμικα έπιπλα, κουρτίνες ,κουφώματα,, γυμνά καλώδια, πράγματα πεταμένα δεξιά αριστερά, χωρίς κανένα νοημα, χωρίς αισθητική και χωρίς να έχουν καταβάλει προσπάθεια να είναι φιλόξενο. Αν έχετε ocd μην το σκεφτείτε καν. Επιπλέον είναι λίγο μέτρο πάνω από το θορυβώδες εστιατόριο balthazar, όποτε τα decibel βαρανε ως νωρίς το ξημέρωμα. Αντί για χαρτί κουζίνας, είχε χαρτί υγείας! Γενικα, πρόκειται για μια αρπακτη, που αν δεν ήταν σε βολική τοποθεσία, το σπίτι θα νοικιαζοταν μηνιαίως κάτω από 300€.

It was nice because I was never disturbed by anyone and so I had lots of privacy. Air canditioner worked well in the bedroom. Close location to the grocery store including when going to the subway station.

Air conditioner was a little bit too noisy in the room with the TV although cooling worked good! It's possible the machine needs a new filter. I wasn't used to sleeping in a bed with the current type of mattress, this is always tricky when renting a new apartment like this, but I did manage to sleep.

Perfect location. Very close to the metro. Vibrant neighbourhood. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a self-catering stay in Athens.

A hairdryer would have been great but otherwise perfect.

The location was perfect, the apartment had everything you needed including a washing machine which was helpful. I would stay here again.

Mattress was ok prob needs an upgrade the shower was unique

Excellent communication by hostesses, very clean, good and safe location close to metro stop with easy connection to the city center (less than 10' by metro) and airport (less than 60')
