The cottage is tucked back off the Main Street to allow for privacy and street noise, but close enough to easily walk the two short blocks to the main hub of town. The owners were fantastic to work with and accomodating.

Awesome cabin to stay in. Convenient walking distance to downtown Hill City and easy access to the Mickelson Trail. Short drives to anywhere you want to go in the Hills.

This location is perfect for going out and doing all the sightseeing you want and have a nice central location to come back to.
The home is exactly like the pictures show. Super clean and all the small details have been thought through.

I couldn’t recommend this home even more! It was a perfect location for all the things we had planned with our kids. It was a nice spot to come back to when our kids needed a nap or to take a break before going onto our next adventure! The home was clean and the owners were easy to get a hold of if we needed them. We hope to be back again some day!

Mary Jo and Kay, thank you so much for the ideal home to stay in while we visited South Dakota for our family vacation. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main strip and within a half hour of everything we did. The place was CLEAN (and I have high standards!) and had everything we needed as far as soaps, dishes, and even coffee. Our girls also LOVED the soft sheets and could t stop talking about them. 🙂

We loved this tiny house. It was perfect for a short trip. The location was excellent being walking distance to a town that had restaurants, shops, grocery store, and bars. Easy access to highways that connect to other Black Hills attractions. It was well stocked with games and necessities. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you.

The location of this cabin great ,it is pretty much in the center of everything Crazy horse, Keystone, Mount Rushmore, Reptile garden, Cosmos, Dinosaur museum and the Mickelson Trail is just 2 blocks over. We will rent this cabin again.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation the week before the Sturgis Rally. We rode out and back on our motorcycles from Michigan and felt so at home at the cabin. It is the perfect location and the hosts were excellent! We'll be back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Hill City. The cabin was beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. There were many little touches that we appreciated: outside furniture, ceiling fans, garage parking, books, TVs in each room, lots of bath linens, and paper products. Kay and Mary Jo provided helpful information prior to our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to relax after long days of sightseeing or hiking. This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! Cozy, clean, affordable, ideal location, it has it all! Everything listed is available and in great condition. Beds and bedding are top notch and comfortable! We will be back for a longer stay next time!

Twilight Hills Cabin was just off Main Street and very convenient to everything. The host kept us updated on weather conditions and having a garage to park the car was a big plus! Highly recommend Twilight Hills Cabin! Easily a FIVE STAR stay!!

Loved the location of this property. Easy to walk to many places in Hill City and an easy drive to Custer, Deadwood or Keystone. Also enjoyed seeing the deer close by! Perfect for a couple, two couples or small family.

We enjoyed our stay at the Twilight Hills cabin, it had everything we needed for a home base as we explored the surrounding area attractions. MaryJo surprised us by letting us know that the cabin was ready early on the day of our arrival, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. A great place to come home to, put up your feet with a glass of wine on the deck, and grill/cook some wonderful meals. When we weren't in the mood to cook we would walk down to one of the local establishments an easy 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy cabin for your family while exploring the Black Hills area.

We had a wonderful week in Hill City. The home was adorable, clean, and so convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk just a couple of blocks to many businesses and restaurants in Hill City. It was also centrally located for all of the touristy things we wanted to do in the area. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and we felt very welcomed. Thanks for a fantastic family getaway!
