Excellent location in the old city, near the souk and many good restaurants

They do not respond to emails…we booked through booking.com and tried to contact them to update our travel plans…no response

Great stay at the Naseem hotel. Perfectly located on the Corniche, very near to the Souq and with easy access to taxi's for visiting other locations. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Very good buffet breakfast, We paid for one of the sea front rooms and the views were worth it.

Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. I had a great view from my room looking over the harbour. Coffee and kettle in room was nice. Free bottled water each day. Room cleaning staff were just so nice. AC was good.

Restaurant staff were really friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was disappointing as it was the same breakfast every day with no variation and no choice. Omlette, 2 chicken sausages, 2 hash browns, 2 slices of toast, butter, jam and cheese spread. Glass of juice, yoghurt and coffee, bowl of cut fruit all for 5 rial. Why not cereal, or boiled/poached eggs. Why no cold buffet style like in some other hotels. Same breakfast every day becomes boring very quickly. Otherwise ok.

The location is unbeatable - you are on Corniche, walking distance to the souq, fish market, cafes and restaurants. We also loved our family room option!

Parking might be a concern during holidays/weekends as this a a busy touristy area, but generally, there are plenty of parking around. Breakfast could of been of bigger variety, but we didn’t pay for a five star hotel, and it was very plentiful with really good coffee made per order

I believe the hotel is a bit old; we had water leaking in the bathroom, and the staff tried to fix it on the spot but didn't manage. This made our stay a little uncomfortable. Breakfast is a bit poor, could be improved

This is hotel is at one end of the corniche and is in a great location next to restaurants and the Muscat Suq. The room was good size, the staff friendly and helpful, the wife good, everything was clean, and it was a comfortable stay. And the breakfast in the morning was good with a good selection.

We really don't have any problems or complaints of the hotel, the facilities or the staff. Had a good stay and would stay there again.

Muscat is not a cheap place for hotels, but this place offers very high value for your price. Right on the Corniche. You can walk along the sea for about 20-40 minutes to get to the old historical Muscat. The Mutrah Souq is only 5 minutes away. Very beautiful area that is charming for a short stay. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast was okay, seemed that items were not very hot. Also not a comment on the hotel, but Muscat is SUPER spread out, make your life easier and rent a car, this hotel seemed to have plenty of parking.

Location: fantastic location along the corniche near to the souk and on a local bus route. Always lovely and clean with comfortable beds and nice big bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet .

There is no parking adjacent to the hotel but the staff watched the car while we loaded and there is free parking close by.

Absolutely fantastic location. Whether you want to visit the famous Souq or go for a nature walk in the mountains adjacent to Muscat - it's all within walking distance. Nice cafe overlooking the Corniche at the hotel premises. Interesting, fusion breakfast buffet, targeted towards the western tastes but with an oriental touch. Tea kit in the room, clean bathroom, good WiFi, quick check-in. Recommended!

Parking is a bit tricky. The public parking in front of hotel is paid and the only way to pay is via SMS, which seemed difficult for a visitor. There is free parking but somewhat further - within walking distance, but not with bigger luggage. Our windows overlooked a narrow and dull street with tailoring and laundry shops. Not an issue for us, but if you are looking for a neat balcony view, then maybe it's not the best place. Also the room was not ready at the specified check in time (2pm) but rather about one hour later. Well ... usually this is not that important for us, but this one time we had plans somewhat relying on early check in and we had to improvise to make them work...
