EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay :) In addition to amazing Persian Restaurant which serves very delicious food. The room is super clean and the bed is too comfortable :) This hotel is highly recommended. All went more than we expected.

Hotel avec une belle vue de Mascate depuis la piscine, assez retro sympa pour un w-e détente.

Le personnel est peu aimable et assez mal organisé, et les prix des taxis commandés par l’hotel sont entre 3-4 fois plus élevés qu’une course « tarif touriste » à l’exterieur (donc imaginez la différence avec un tarif normal). Aucun discount dans les restaurants pour les résidents de l’hôtel et au contraire comptez une tax tourist de 8% au menu.

Ein tolles Frühstück, welches alle Geschmäcker bedient. Die Lage des Hotels mit dem Privatstrand ist sehr schön.

The pool area and the private beach are great for relaxing. There are tennis courts, indoor squash and a gym as well as several restaurants.

Tout. L’hotel est incroyable on dirais un musée tellement il est beau. 2 piscines, la nourriture très bonne, le personnel super sympa. Je recommande !!!

This hotel has everything that you need with the nicest staff who could not do more for you. It was immaculate with all the facilities needed to make an amazing holiday. The food is great, and we loved the pool and private beach. It was busy and an obviously popular hotel, but this did not affect our stay as the staff and facilities are managed so well. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Misunderstandings at live food station. Positioning of games for children around adult environments. Shop not open and lack of suitable supplies.

Location was perfect for our trip. It is in a walking distance from Opera and city center, has it’s small private beach, and has all the necessary facilities for great vacation.

The pools were lovely. The food was amazing.

The food was very expensive and there was no where else to walk to eat. Also there was building work next door and so constant noise all day.

Very helpful staff, willing to accommodate all our requests like late arrival, late checkout, and storing our suitcase overnight. Great beach and ocean views from the room. There's a free shuttle bus to/from the Grand Mosque and a mall in the morning, and to/from Muttrah Souq in the evening, which is nice since taxis are so expensive. Good variety of restaurants on site (helpful since there aren't many within walking distance). The restaurant remained open for lunch during Ramadan.

It's not the hotel's fault, but there's currently a building site next door which is noisy during the day. The shuttle bus could do with a bit more time at the Grand Mosque, and a bit less time at the mall. The staff provided a packed breakfast one day when we left very early, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was very poor quality.
