We have no hesitation in recommending this property. On arrival it was beautifully presented and the host Rochelle kindly left us a welcome gift of wine which we very much appreciated. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. There were many thoughtful touches in the bathrooms also, even down to a new toothbrush if you happen to have forgotten your own. The view from the lanai of the marina was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the manatees everyday and the sunsets were stunning and different every night. Many people in the gated community that we met were residents, extremely friendly, ready to chat and be of any help if you needed recommendations for places to visit. My husband played golf at Burnt Store and Heritage Landing, both of which had plenty of availability and friendly staff. We also found plenty of places to fish in the local area. The pool area was recently renovated, very clean and the hot tub was really relaxing. We grilled by the pool which made a pleasant change to eating out - gas and utensils were there ready to go. We had a great stay and if we were to revisit the area again, would most definitely rebook this property - Rochelle was a wonderful host !

This is a great 2 bed/2bath unit with modern appliances and updated kitchen, bath and family room. We drank coffee and watched manatees feeding in the marina from the balcony. Short ride to golf, restaurants, Walgreens and anything else you need. Our hostess, Rochelle, was kind enough to leave wine, chocolates and a nice note, assuring us that anything we could contact her for anything. Altogether delightful experience. We already booked next year.

We stayed at this beautiful condominium for seven days during our family vacation. Every single step…pre-trip, during the trip and check out were a breeze. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome card and two bottles of wine to our surprise! The condo was generously stocked with every possible amenity that you would need for your vacation and families needs! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious even the two full-size bathrooms. Attention to detail was extraordinary! We enjoyed every single morning and evening spent on the balcony overlooking the marina. Our kids even said that the condo felt like their home away from home.

Stayed 7 days. It was a great time the owner is very responsive had a great time!

The condo is amazing. There was everything we needed for our stay. The view is absolutely spectacular. We were lucky to have three manatees right in front of us in the bay all week long. The master bed and pillows are particularly comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. The marina and community is truly beautiful. My sister and I definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This condo had everything anyone could need and some... It was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked even if a family of 4 would use it. Covered parking, which is a huge bonus, and a sizable lanai overlooking the marina. Just wonderful. 2 Bottles of Wine and a handwritten note from the owners in the kitchen were a nice touch to welcome us. Rochelle provided all info needed well in advance of our trip and was quick to respond when contacted. A great experience and stay.

The property was well maintained. The condo was well equipped and clean. Rochelle was a wonderful host. She was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. Beyond our expectations. The hosts were so helpful and caring about our stay. I cant say enough good things about the place and the hosts. They even left us a vacation warming gift. If you have any doubt about renting here, don't!! It is a little out of the beaten path but thats what makes it spectacular. We enjoyed so many things about this condo. Burnt Store Marina is a wonderful area with much to do on site. We visited many areas from this location, traveling to beach cities north and south along the coast. The condo itself was lovely, and our favorite part was the manatees who were always present in the waters below the lanai. Rochelle was great in every aspect of this rental. She was very responsive and went out of her way to be warm and welcoming.

The home was perfect for our stay. It’s a large clean and well decorated 2 bedroom with everything you could need. The views from the porch and rooms are beautiful! There was a manatee in the marina that would say hi almost every night. Great stay and would definitely stay again!

Waking up to the view of the Marina was so nice. We actually saw Manatees and a Dolphin one morning. We used this love Condo for our home base as we ventured to the entire SW Florida area for Rest and Relaxation.

The property is immaculate, very quiet and well maintained. This is our second time but certainly not the last. Great communicatiion from the owner as well.

Great condo for our January thru March stay. Condo is clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Great view of marina and the manatees from 4th floor screened-in balcony. Owner Rochelle is gracious and accommodating; and provided a Keurig coffee maker and Britta water pitcher. Condo is even nicer than the online pictures show.

Stayed in this lovely condo for the 2nd year straight over the Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is perfectly set up with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen and a screened in porch. Oh the porch (lanai...sorry) is great. Table and chairs plus a lounger. View of the marina is a true highlight. Nice pool area just outside the building (and a community grill.) I can't recommend this place enough. Just leave me a week to make my pilgrimage.

Lovely 2BR/2bath condo with lots of amenities. You don't have to worry if you forgot something since the owners have provided all the extras. Easy access to the pool and to the walkway surrounding the marina and leading out to the bay. Everyone was so friendly and that made for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! The condo was so homey, and we had everything we needed! They even had beach chairs and beach towels for us to use!! It was exactly as promised!!

Owner, Rochelle Bauman, was great - attended to every detail plus. The unit was immaculate - perfect. The view of the marina was a plus - lots of manatees plus and an alligator. In addition, grounds and pool /hot tub area was well kept, warm and had all facilities including bar-b-ques, refrigerator and all necessities to picnic if desired. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Needed a home base to visit relatives and friends in Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. Feel so fortunate to have found this great condo in Burnt Store Marina. Centrally located to get everywhere. Great place and great experience. Zero complaints. Can't go wrong.

Had great time docked boat right in front of room. Went fishing every day and always brought home a lot of fish! Relaxed in pool and jacuzzi after day of fishing. Only thing I would like to have was recliners in living room and full size bed in spare room instead of twins.
