The condo is clean and has everything you’ll need! Nice views from the lanai to watch the boats in the marina.

Spur of the moment rental
Our boat needed to be hauled for work...we needed someplace to stay...quickly...Thankfully, this unit was located in our Marina and was available...The Owner was very accommodating...and a pleasure to work with.
We had originally rented for a week, but,needed to add more days..
The unit was very clean & comfortable..and had a view of the most amazing sunsets and the Marina...
I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a place to stay in Burnt Store Marina, Punta Gorda or Cape Coral area.

We enjoyed this well stocked condo. Beautiful area to walk and take in the scenery. We loved sitting out on the lanai watching the activity in the marina and listening to the nightly music coming from Cass Cay restaurant. We would definitely stay again!

The condo has everything you need and a comfortable king size bed. The new owner was accommodating and easy to work with. It's a great place to be!

Great Boat Watching
The host was excellent and very accommodating. If you are into boats this is the place for you - it is a safe harbor with hours of daily launching activity. We really enjoyed the boating activities and would stay at this property again. If beaches are your thing it is a bit of a drive. Get up early because the beaches are full and parking is limited.

The high & dry boat storage next door can be a bit loud during the day, but is quiet at night. Furniture could use some updating, especially the sleeper sofa (though those usually don't make for a comfortable sofa).

Great view from condo but a little noisy as it’s a working marina with boats coming and going. Not a lot around the area nearest town Punta Gorda which is very nice.

Great retreat
This condo at Burnt Store Marina is in a great location. There are wonderful views from the third floor, many safe and enjoyable walks within the entire property, and awesome entertainment almost nightly at Cass Cay - which can be heard and enjoyed on the screened porch when you want to avoid the crowd. It's within a short drive to most shopping needs. All the people staying in and around the area are very warm and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to get away, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Great Stay at BSM
Stayed here for over a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, really close to all the action at the restaurant. We met a lot of super friendly people in the marina. The bed was really comfy and the view from the lanai was really nice with all the boats. It is right next door to the marina rack storage building, which can be noisy at times but we got used to it. The communication with the owners was excellent.

Everything was just wonderful!
This condo is located in the Burnt store marina, which is just beautiful location. The view from the porch just beautiful looking at all the huge sailboats. Condo extremely well stocked probably one of the best we have ever stayed in. Restaurant just right next door, really good, bands every weekend you can hear right from porch. Just really can’t say much more just beautiful don’t hestitate to stay here at all!
