Great property! Very quiet location only 1 block from beach! Hose is impeccably maintained. Owners very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the location - we’ve stayed at far north end several times before of AMI, but we preferred this location. It was very quiet, lovely that it backed into lagoon. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and heated nicely. The house itself is taken well care of and has so many amenities to make your trip easy (cookware, beach accessories, etc). Highly recommend and would stay again!

The home and yard are great. Fully equipped and clean. Location is great. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Loved the beach wagon and sand toys. Also appreciated the chairs for the beach and even a taller chair for my husband who had knee replacement. We enjoyed the pool as well. We did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen and the kitchen is very well equipped. I did buy and leave for the house some containers for storing leftovers. The beds are super comfortable and the fans in each room help keep you cool. The bathrooms have lots of soft fluffy towels and lots of different bathroom supplies in the bathroom closets. I left our leftover products for the next guests. Great big beach towels were a plus too! We had a great stay! I would absolutely book this property again. Don’t hesitate and snag this property if your dates are available!

We had an incredible time at this property. Comfortable. Easy for two families to move around and coexist. Loved the pool, and fishing off the dock was fun even though we caught mostly seaweed. Garage is a bonus, as we brought our bikes.

This house has everything you need! The location is a block away from beach. Would recommend to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed all the “extras” that were available at the property, like beach chairs and umbrella and a beach wagon! Location was great and the space was perfect for our four adults and two teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and used daily! :) And the backyard felt like a private oasis with no houses visible behind us and lots of greenery to shield you from the neighbors. We will be back!

This lovely home was perfect for meeting up with our very close friends. It had everything we needed. Great location to get to everything. Trolley stop was close by. We utilized it a lot. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Literally one block to the beach not as crowded as other areas! Comfortable beds and furniture, the pool and hot tub pristine! Didn’t have any luck fishing off the dock, but other spots close by. We rented a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go! Love AMI! Recommend The Beach house restaurant and bridge street pier area. Christy easy to communicate with, answered my texts quickly.

Our stay was lovely. The red tide was a bummer and we didn’t get the beach time we would have hoped, but this rental had a pool and that was blessing! Overall it’s was well stocked and comfy! Would visit again as the location was perfect!

The house was perfect! We had 4 adults and the home was very comfortable, close to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed this home!

After holidaying for more than 40 years on Hilton Head Island, we made the move to Anna Maria Island and are so glad we did. The house was very comfortable, well set up and just a 3 minute walk to the beach (as advertised), shade that allowed us to spend great deal of our time at the pool and a great upstairs patio. Ken gave us all kinds of valuable information about the door locks, washer/dryer, operation of the pool and spa - no guesswork required. We will be back!

One block and 1/2 parking lot from gorgeous soft white sand beach. Quiet neighborhood setting. Generously stocked with beach equipment, cooler and toys for children, if you have them, as well as a beach wagon for transporting items to beach. Paddle board on site was a nice surprise. We rented a golf cart which made getting around island easier. Water pressure in showers was excellent. We left some extra goodies in cabinets for new guests and some condiments in fridge as others had also done. Mini fridge in garage was nice for poolside beverages. Awning on deck provided well needed shade. Ken thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautifully maintained property.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had comfortable furniture inside and out. The pool and spa were great and enjoyed by all. The walk to the beach from the house took us about 3 min. which was also great! The host was very friendly and easy to contact. Very comfortable stay and a great place to relax with your family! We will recommend this place to others!

Everything about this place was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 6! Also, centrally located , could walk to beaches and restaurants!

This is a lovely & very well-equipped home. From the front, it is just a few easy steps to the Gulf. The back is a private poolside and lakeside oasis. And the owner is very responsive. We were all Happy to be here.

This house is great! Great BBQ grill, kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfortable, porches upstairs and down are great, little pool was perfect (although a little warm in the summer), Just a really comfortable set up over all. About a 5 min walk to beach. We rented a golf cart to get around town so that made it easy. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

The house was clean and nice. There were plenty of towels and clean bedding. We had an issue with the air conditioning. It went out in the middle of the night on our first night there. I contacted the owner and he said there was a glitch. The lowest it could be set to was 72. Which was more like 74 on the second floor. It was too warm for my husband and I. The owner had it capped so it could not go lower. The ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms helped. The location is more like 2 blocks from the beach. Not 1 block. It is in quiet area and the house was nice and clean. We did enjoy our stay just wished our room would’ve been colder for the price we paid.

We had 6 adults on our trip, my husband and myself, our 2 daughters and 2 of their friends. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and well kept. We had plenty of towels and everything we might need in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. We were close to the beach and enjoyed the pool and spa in the backyard everyday. We used the grill one evening and hung out in the backyard. We were close to restaurants and in a nice residential area. The lake behind the house was nice and relaxing. Also, the garage had very nice beach chairs and umbrella, and a wagon for us to use when we went to the beach every morning. There was a body board and other beach toys as well. The outdoor shower on the side of the house was nice and helped us get the sand and salt off after the beach. Overall, we loved our stay at this property. We will book this again. I have already had two of my friends ask for info to rent it for their next vacations after seeing my pics of the house. Thanks to the owner Kenneth Green for sending all of the info we needed to have a smooth and comfortable stay. Every appliance had all the instructions posted that we could have needed. It made our stay easy. We loved it.

Lovely home with comfortable beds and only one block to beach access! One television is not hooked up to the cable and we couldn’t find a DVD player. Also the pool guy said the pool heat kept coming on so it was a bit warm but the kids still loved it! Great vacation home!

This home has the perfect location to walk to the beach. Our family loved the pool and hot tub and used them everyday and night. We will definitely be staying here again!
