This condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Right on the beach, we could run up for lunch or snack without missing too much beach time. It was in a very quiet area and was perfect for a relaxing anniversary trip. The host communicated well and was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.

This property is as advertised. Very clean when we arrived . When needed we had excellent communication with the owner. Kitchen was good for our needs . furnishings were in good shape and comfortable . View from the conco was awesome. Love the Ft. Walton aarea

The condo has been updated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable. You must be able to negoitate stairs to access the condo to bring in your luggage / groceries as well as to cross the sand dunes to access the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was amazing! The place is very clean. The view from the patio is phenomenal! Waking up early and walking to the beach to see the sunrise feels like heaven. The kitchen is nice and loaded with pots and pans. We were able to save money by making our food! The best part is opening the sliding doors just to hear the sound of the waves! It was such a relaxing experience! 10 out of 10 must try again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. My sister and I needed a quiet getaway and this place did the trick!! Loved that there was no elevator, loved that we had a designated parking space, and loved that the beach was not crowded. First time in FW but will definitely be a repeat visitor!

This Condo was fabulous. My husband and I enjoyed time on the balcony watching sunsets at night and drinking our coffee in the morning. The condo is right on the beach so we just walked right out. The beach is more quiet than the beaches in Destin which is what we wanted. Chair service was included which was very convenient. We took several hikes in the nearby State Parks but there were many “touristy” amusement park type areas too. The condo was clean and comfy and Sarah stocked it with everything we needed.

Wonderful beach-front property. Fully-stocked kitchen with dining area, living room & separate bedroom. We went to a nearby store and loaded up on snacks and breakfast items. The unit had everything we needed to entertain. Kitchen could use an update, but everything was tastefully decorated and functional. We'll probably use this unit again, during better weather it was especially cold in January.

What a crisp clean and tranquil accommodation! Best place we've satayed in Fort Walton area past 3 years! Love the claming relaxing colors and rhe view was heavenly!

Very clean and comfortable place. The only negative thing I can say is there is no elevator and the walks need upgraded

Perfect condo for the wife and I. Since we don’t cook, it is close to some great restaurants. Fantastic beach service provided, beautiful views and sunsets. Sarah is a very accommodating host with great communication. We will be returning.

I loved everything about it except the steps. We’re old and lugging everything up was hard. But other than that it was lovely.

We had a great time, this is our second time in the same unit, it is very clean, and very well stocked. The unit had been upgraded to new patio foors, and floors, super cold AC, and the hostess Sarah is always helpful and available if needed. Love the complimentary beach service. A+++

Property has everything one needs. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Not much of a cell signal but the WI-FI was good. I didn't use the pool or go to the beach. I was only here to work.

My husband and I needed a little getaway from our busy life at home. This was a perfect opportunity to spend some time together relaxing and unwinding from the stresses of work and daily chores. The balcony view of the gulf was just beautiful. I could sit out there and listen to the waves and watch the birds and dolphins swimming all day. The location is perfect for beaching, playing at local activities, shopping, reading, and eating! It must be noted that this condo was so clean and welcoming. I felt very comfortable staying here. We loved our time at this condo and would highly recommend it.

This cute one bedroom is exactly as shown in the listing. The rooms, the view, everything. As others have commented, the unit is very clean and well stocked, and it should meet most people’s standards. The hallway bathroom could use some fresh caulk around the toilet and tub but that’s a nit. The condo complex is quiet and the bed comfortable. Our two wishes were for a king-sized bed and blackout drapes over the blinds to block out a very bright security light right outside the bedroom window. Minor details for most people except those who, like me, are extremely light sensitive. I just hung a blanket over the tightly closed blinds and that blocked enough of the light seepage to sleep. A new, less noise ceiling fan in the bedroom would be nice as well. We rate this place a solid 5 stars, but it would be a six with a few minor improvements. And yes we know five is the highest, we’re just making the point that this place could go from great to unbelievably amazing with a few low-cost fixes. Would definitely stay again if in the Ft. Walton/Destin area!

Cannot emphasize just how extremely clean this adorable condo was! That started our stay on the right foot. The beach access was so convenient and the beach service was included saving us $25+ per day. Good communication with Sarah the host although we had no issues to report. Small dated bathroom/tub/shower but not significant enough to not stay there again. It was great!
