All the features we love about a rental property in the Caribbean were here. Rob's property is right on the ocean. Every morning I could walk down the short set of stairs from the patio into the water and begin snorkelling. It's rocky so bring water shoes, but the underwater landscape and the fish are endlessly fascinating. Rob is a terrific host. After kindly picking us up at the airport (it was late in the evening) he carefully showed us how everything worked in the property and we were able to settle in comfortably immediately. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Everything worked beautifully. We rented a car and did explore some of the island. Rob thoughtfully provided chairs that we could have taken to the beaches without rental options. In the end, however, we didn't need them as our favourite beach bar was just a short walk away and fully equipped. If you stay at Baywatch and want to find a sandy beach with loungers, umbrellas and a great beach bar with excellent, friendly staff try Dinghy's.

We had an incredible stay at this spacious house. We enjoyed the back area with chairs, pool, hammock, and the awesome view (all day and at sunset). It was cool to watch planes coming in and going out (the noise was drowned out by the waves). We appreciated laundry facilities and lots of movie channels. I also loved walking across the road to watch the sunrise from the east side of the peninsula. Bob is the most laidback, accommodating owner we've ever met. There weren't even check out instructions, so we were relaxed from the time we arrived up to our late check out the last day. And the price is very reasonable for everything that you get. We recommend staying here!

We had a Great 8 day stay at this amazing location! You will not want for anything staying here because Bob has thought of it all & has you covered! We loved the location to everything. Maho Market is close for everything and shopped there at least 3 times, but we preferred shopping at the Carrefour Market in Cole Bay for the bigger shopping trips. We used Orders SXM ( Online order or download the app) for food delivery several times on our trip as they have multiple restaurants to choose from & it let us enjoy the wonderful sunsets this place has directly in front of it, every night was a great time watching the sunset & boats going by and you can watch the planes coming in for a landing at the airport close by. We loved having use of the pool, such a great way too cool off and enjoy the views from! Wished we could have seen Bob perform, but maybe next time!

Hi this property is the best vacation we ever had. From the owner being there to help us with everything and all the amenities described exactly as it is. I have never experienced such a friendly owner and such a beautiful house. I highly recommend this property for your vacation

Everything was as it was described. Bob was very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay in this house that had a convenient location, just a few minutes from a market for groceries. Our two kids (2 & 4) loved swimming in the pool, playing in the sand, and throwing stones and shells in the ocean. Overall we loved visiting the island and the house was just what we needed to make the stay what we hoped for.

Baywatch is exactly like the pictures. Great views, private pool, spacious deck, parking space for your rental car, well equipped kitchen and a very clean property. Bob is the best host. He provided us an informative walkthrough and made sure all our questions were answered. The property had everything we needed. My 23 month old son loved spending time in the pool and roaming around the spacious living space. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well as casinos, bars and etc. The deck was by far our favorite spot.

Bob was a fantastic host. Upon arrival he made sure my family and I were well-versed around the property and made us feel very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. The views cannot be beat. I cannot think of one thing that we didnt appreciate about our host and his property. Thank you Bob!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. My family had a great time. The property is clean and convenient with everything we needed included. Seriously considering staying next year for Christmas again!
