It was the perfect place and I knew the property was being worked on. 2 days before I come I was told they was working on the deck if I wanted to cancel I could where was I going to find a place in 2 days. We couldn't set on the deck I was fine with that but then the workers wrapped the deck with plastic we couldn't see the ocean. It would be a perfect stay . Make sure they are not working on any building your staying in or around!

Overall our stay was great! It was nice and relaxing. Our property owner was gracious and wonderful to work with!

The property was perfect and everyone enjoyed their stay.

When I booked it online there was No mention of construction work being done on all the balcony floors from 8am to 5pm. Which means that they closed the balconies during that time. The noise was not an issue it was the fact that we could not sit outdoors and enjoy the view all day. And because of the work the pools were also closed except the indoor pool which you have to walk across the parking lot to get to but it was nice at least. Over all the place and room was nice but had I known about the construction work and the balcony being closed off for the price we paid I would have booked another condo.

We loved this property. Great place to stay. Great views of the pool, beach and ocean. We loved that we could just walk out the door and down the steps. I would recommend this condo as a great place to stay. Thanks

Very spacious condo with great balcony and view of beach/ocean. Owner and condo were fantastic! The only thing was the property management company gave us the wrong code for the pool gate and the wrong wi-fi info.

The condo was great, just what we wanted, quiet and peacefulness. However that changed on Tuesday when construction noise started in the condo above and lasted the rest of the week. Thank Heavens they quit at 9 p.m. so we could get some sleep. Naps were impossible during the day.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay right on the beach, look no farther! Everything was well stocked in the kitchen as well as the toys, chairs, umbrellas in the outdoor closet. Anita was amazing to deal with and made sure to check in throughout the stay. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t regret it 🌊❤️

Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Kitchen, bathrooms, and an amazing closet of chairs, toys, etc. The corner unit provides a great view and receives an excellent breeze from the balcony. Pool and beach are an easy walk down one flight of stairs. Stairs and trash shoot are just steps out the door. While the condo was great, the check in process is the worst. Had to physically drive to the rental office to pick up the code that’s normally emailed. One hour to drive seven miles.

Property was so nice! Although we take everything, this condo had everything you could possibly need. The owner was so sweet and so accommodating. My husband and I got to spend a fun vacation with my son, his wife and my 5 and 2 year old grand sons. The whole property was nice, clean and had a security guard monitoring the property which was a plus. I would highly recommend this property to spend your vacation.

Great location with a huge wrap around deck over looking the pool and beach. The condo was in a great location, steps from the beach and pool. It was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids under 10.) It had everything we needed for a short beach trip including a huge closet full of beach gear which came in handy! The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great place for our stay!

Overall the stay was as expected. It was our second visit to this property. The owner is very nice & responsive. The location is great.

We loved our stay here! The beach was amazing and listening to the water from the balcony was so relaxing. We spent almost our whole time on the balcony. Found several great restaurants within an easy drive. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved almost everything about this place. Great location with easy access to the pool, beach, and the parking lot. Enough space for our 2 families. The wrap around balcony was nice with nice sunshine and beach and pool views. The kitchen was adequately stocked. There were some games in the unit and a little faux fireplace heater and blankets. Easy access to the garbage chute. We did find some type of pet hair all in the sheets of the top bunk which the kids did not like. And that bunk bed room is always “damp” and smells of mildew. The living room floors had dust all along the edges of the floors like it had not been swept well. Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty and we ended up washing everything before using them. The most uncomfortable part were those blue sofas. They have something on them that got everyone’s eyes itchy and allergies flared up. We ended up laying the spare sheets meant for the sofa bed across the sofas so we didn’t have to sit directly on the sofas. Overall, for the price it was really good. We like the location and easy access to the beach a lot.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. We could not have ask for more. Well stocked with everything and more than you would need. The beach closet has so much in it. Everything was in great shape. I do like staying a little higher up like the fourth or fifth floor but I think this place just changed my outlook on that. The balcony is just awesome. Don't take my word for it book a stay and see for yourself.

Words don't even began to explain how beautiful this property is..YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT. The property was beautiful, & location,location,location is everything .. We have done beach trips every year since my child was 14 & 16 & not they are 35 & 37 and this by far was one of the best places we have stayed. Anita was a Super Host and we will definitely stay again & again if she will have us..it was absolute beautiful and the pic don't do it any justice..My 85 yr old mom wanted to stay longer.. LOL

The unit itself is great! It is very well stocked, everyone said their bed was comfortable, & the balcony & balcony furniture is top notch! The pillows in the master suite could be replaced. We had an issue checking in. Our check in instructions never loaded on my end, so upon arrival we were unable to get in. We were locked out for several hours & were unable to reach anyone to fix the problem. Along that note, we did not know we were supposed to go to another location to pick up a packet. (no instructions to do so) The complex does not have 24 hour security which I realize shouldn’t be a problem. However, when the occupants next door decide to have a very loud middle of the night verbal argument in which we could hear every cuss word being said inside our unit it becomes a problem. I did call the posted after hours security but got no answer. There were a couple of nights we could not enjoy our balcony because of the loud music & bad language of the occupants above & below our unit. These issues are out of the owners control however if the complex would have 24 hour security these problems would be kept under control. Security leaves at 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our family time together & relaxing on the beach.

It has everything you need! We had an awesome stay with 4 adults and 6 kids under the age of 8. Beach closet is packed with everything you need for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, cooler, toys, floats, baby floats, puddle jumper, etc). The outside porch was the highlight. The second floor allows for privacy but is great to not take the elevator. The beach was awesome! My only issue was communication from the property management team getting the check in email. Overall great stay and look forward to coming back!

The condo was great! It had everything we needed to have a great family vacation (ages 1-53). It is in a great location. Being on the second floor meant never having to wait for the elevator. The condo overlooks the pool but is very quiet with the doors closed. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. My only complaint is the management company spelled my name wrong so I did not receive any correspondence from them regarding check in or out even after contacting them and correcting my email. Note that there is only ONE trash bag and ONE roll of toilet paper provided so pack extra. I wish I had known. There was construction going on at one of the condos that began before 8am on 2 of days and was very loud. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Love love love. Will definitely be coming back with the entire family. Only issue we had was the gate PIN number for beach and pool were not correct on the paper we got at check in. It was however correct inside the condo on the refrigerator that was posted by Beth the cleaning person. Also 2 rolls of TP did not last for 3 people for 5 days. We are already planning return trip with the rest of the kids and are hopeful this condo will be available and we can deal with Anita again. Super people all around

Wonderful place for week long vacation Fully stocked for all your needs Beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards even buckets for your shells Kitchen has everything you stock at home and then some The patio was the star of the unit Spacious with nice breezes everyday We saw dolphins every morning from there Card games suppers were a blast at the inside dining table Plenty of room to be together but also extra room in the unit when you needed a break from everyone Kids fought over taking the trash out Chute 8 steps outside the door Just open and slide Comes fully equipped with vacuum cleaner washer dryer and dish washer that are top notch Beds are nice with soft linens Patio access from 3 areas Large pool with 4 bbq pits that each had granite tables to hold your supplies Shaded area and bathrooms at pool as well Every morning a crew cleans these areas Unit was located 15-30 minutes from where we wanted to go Rouses Market Wharf. Wal Mart. Alvins Island Tacky Jacks Colbolts Beach is right in front of unit so no crossing the road or driving required Staff was friendly and very helpful Felt like a home beautifuly decorated but not so over the top that you were scared to touch anything Anyone lucky enough to secure a booking for this unit will be very well pleased We will stay again

We loved & enjoyed this place. Great location to everything. It’s on 2nd floor, with L shaped balcony. The closet is FULL of all beach needs. All the conveniences and amenities you desire. The condo was clean and I liked the layout.
