We had a lovely stay at Three Tree B&B. I recommend staying here as the view of the sound and Mt Ranier are amazing. The accommodations felt like “home”. Comfortable bed, comfortable living room, nice hot tub. It sets your mind and body at ease after traveling and sightseeing. Morning coffee was a treat using the press. We would definitely return again!

The Three Tree Point B&B provided a lovely home away from home. The cottage is well-appointed and stocked with plenty of food and drinks, primarily for breakfast - more than we had time to enjoy. There were delicious cookies when we arrived, a fresh made loaf of bread, two types of breakfast/snack breads and fruit. Milk, OJ, sodas, coffee and tea were available. We were impressed with the care that Penny and Doug took to help us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with views of Puget Sound, as well as the beautiful flowers all around the property. The rose garden was especially nice. The numerous windows allowed views from every room. We would definitely return for another visit.

Staying at Three Tree Point felt like a life/marriage reset. The house is clean, is the perfect size for a couple and is so romantic and relaxing. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood vibe is serene and calm. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. Loved all the yummy pastries and other food already stocked (eggs, OJ, milk, cereal, granola, fruit, etc). They provided a list of their favorite restaurants and we loved the 3 we tried. We also really appreciated the king-size bed, blackout shades, and air conditioning (though the weather was amazing and opening the windows for a fresh breeze was wonderful too). We enjoyed breakfast on the patio with the warm sun and cool breeze. We only had 2 small gripes and they definitely wouldn’t stop us from coming back (1) the pillows are very firm… we would have loved squishy options (2) the toilet is a SMALL round, older toilet. Very clean but hard to fit on. Overall, we highly recommend Three Tree Point and will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Three Tree Point. The cottage is darling and just as pictured. It was so special to wake up to the view each morning and was incredibly quiet each night. There was food left for us to enjoy for breakfast. We didn't use the jacuzzi but hope to return and will stay longer! We also loved the Three Tree Point Store at the bottom of the hill. They had delicious pizzas and slushies on Friday night. Such a great trip and we can't wait to return. We would 100% recommend this property!

Our time at the cottage was great! We loved that there were always breakfast items available and the host was so nice. It was clean, nice, and the best stocked place we've stayed.

We were in town to vista our daughters. The cottage has a nice layout for relaxing after a busy day, or enjoying breakfast on the patio overlooking the sound. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with supplies for breakfast (we ate in every day). The owner, Penny, welcomed us like we were old friends. Communication was great, we mentioned that we ran out of milk and within minutes we had another pitcher. WIFI and streaming had no issues. The windows give a great views of the sound on several sides of the cottage. The sunset views were amazing. Burien is a great area. We look foreword to returning to the cottage the next time we are visiting.

We loved this place and we will be back!! Beautiful views such lovely hosts and just a wonderful spot to get away yet close to everything - beach, cute shops great restaurants and even the airport! The place is very well equipped and stocked with everything you need you can tell these are long time hosts who care about their guests - did I mention the stunning views??

It was great. Super relaxing which was exactly what was looking for. Penny was an awesome host. What I found to be the most impressive was how quiet it was.

Nice location close to the beach. Hot tub was just what we needed. House was nice and my husband and I had a nice stay with our two pups.

We had the most delightful stay at Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast! The hosts, Penny and Doug were amazing! They welcomed us into their home and family when we got stuck in an ice storm and could not get out. They were so gracious and lovely and prepared an incredible meal for us! We can’t think of a better place to be in the midst of a storm. The cottage is the most beautiful space. Full of charm and luxury. Decorated for Christmas too! The views were incredible! We watched bald eagles flying over the puget sound! Penny and Doug had a fully stocked kitchen with yummy breakfast items. We will definitely be back at this gorgeous location. The cottage was a delight with everything we needed for our 5-night stay! The view from 3 sides of the cottage was superlative and Penny was a wonderful hostess !

The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Penny provides delicious breakfast items for your stay. The cottage is very quiet and private even though it is on the owners property. We barely saw them but they were available when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I rented this place for my son and his new bride for a couple of nights before they head to Fiji. They reported back that it was better than the pictures, they absolutely loved this place! They also said that we should stay there sometime. They enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub on the patio. This home is also close to the airport but not too close.

Surprised my husband for a birthday getaway to this awesome cottage, Penny welcomed us with goodies for our stay. Gorgeous view of water and mountain in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this cottage. Great location near SEA and easy access into downtown Seattle. Penny was a great host and very accommodating.

This place was perfect for a couple get away. We cooked in most nights. Well equipped kitchen and coffee set up, with breakfast items for your use. The hot tub has a beautiful view and we went in at night and it was cool to see the planes coming into SeaTac (but without any noise! ) I was concerned with all the windows and the brightness in the morning, but let me tell you, those honey comb blinds were AHmazing! Kept it pretty dark. The one thing that isn't super clear in the listing; it is listed as a bed and breakfast so on the property is the owners in their house (Penny was very nice btw). Another rental is in their lower level and then this listing is a detached cottage. The hot tub is shared with the other unit which is pretty much right there on their patio. All things considered, the other tenants were respectful and didn't come out and gave us privacy, but something to consider.
