Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!

It was a clean, well laid out room. The property owner was available when needed (we only had some minor questions). And the views were as advertised, they were spectacular. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We flew into town to attend a Seahawks game at Lumen Field downtown. This place was perfect, a 15-minute drive from the airport and just 20 minutes from Lumen Field. The view was amazing! We spent time just sitting and looking out over the sound. There is a great restaurant nearby called Huckleberry Square. We ate multiple meals there, both breakfast and dinner. Try the Huckleberry Crisp with ice cream! Dale is super nice and great to chat with about the area. Check-in and out was easy. We will definitely be back next time we fly in to attend a game!

The hosts thought of absolutely everything! We really appreciated the attention to detail. The space was clean and well stocked. The property is well taken care of and the hosts were helpful and communicative. And, of course, the view!! A full 180 degree unobstructed view of Puget Sound. It was absolutely stunning. This spot is perfect for a quiet getaway that is still super convenient to the Seattle area.

This was a quiet and peaceful place to stay with a phenomenal view of Puget Sound. Best spot to grab take out (or cook a meal), pour a glass a wine and take in the gorgeous view! I’m a woman traveling solo and felt very safe and secure. For me, this property was centrally located to enjoy Mt Rainer, Olympic National Park, and Mt St Helen’s. Dale and Ping were excellent hosts and were quick to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this property. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

I can’t emphasize enough how gorgeous this place is. Our host was extremely friendly and nice, great communication, and outstanding hospitality. Besides the amazing view, the place has everything we needed from a stove and microwave to cook breakfast to laundry and iron. I literally have no complaints about this place. If i ever come to Seattle again i will certainly come back.

Lots of bright natural light and beautiful views! We had a great experience.

We loved this place for our long weekend visiting our college son. It had everything we needed plus a yoga mat that I used in the morning on the patio before heading out for the day! Quick 20 minute drive to the city. The view was unbeatable!! Also very clean space with a comfy bed!

This location was an easy drive from SeaTac which was very helpful after almost a day of flying and the 2 hour time difference. Everything was as expected-very clean, easy access, nice linens & towels (important to me). Communication with the owner was spot on. The view, especially sunsets were a highlight. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

The view of the water was absolutely stunning. We made sure we were back to watch the beautiful sunset each evening we were there. The bed was very comfortable and the host was available if needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Dale and Ping were excellent hosts! We came with our e-bikes to ride some of the trails (Burke-Gilman and Chehalis Western Trail) and chose this place because it was central to the trails and the reviews on this place were good. They worked with us to allow us to charge our bikes for the next day so we could ride. We were not disappointed at all! This was the cleanest vacation rental place we've been in. They made sure every detail is in the place from binoculars to shower wash. We spent the days riding and came back to enjoy the deck with this view. We ate breakfast and dinner out there. The sunset pic on their advertisement is what sold us too to choose this place also and we weren't disappointed at all. The sunsets were amazing and the deck has some great seating to watch it from. We were also able to watch from inside the big windows and see the ferries and cargo ships crossing. Dale followed up with us personally to see how our experience was and that was very professional and appreciated. Communication with the hosts was prompt if we had any questions. Both my husband and myself said that we would stay here again. Thank you Dale and Ping for a great weekend away after a busy year where we needed this time.

The view from the back porch was gorgeous, we even saw a few humming birds. The renter really thought of everything. They had dishes, cooking utensils, washer and dryer, laundry detergent, sunscreen, binoculars, body wash, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. They really thought of everything possible. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making it perfect. All of the little things make a huge difference. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!!!

The location and views are excellent. Very peaceful. Very clean studio stocked with all you need. Dale checked in the first day just to make sure I was able to get in okay and if there were any issues. I was in town for a high school reunion and it turns out we knew some of the same people from several years ago. Just a nice touch to a great stay.

Dale and Ping's attentive hospitality combined with their well-appointed studio and the property's gorgeous views made our time in the Pacific Northwest especially comfortable and relaxing. These thoughtful hosts tend to each detail in the studio and on the property with great care and consideration ~ we loved the massive shower, the versatile coffee / tea / hot beverage setup, the convenience of the laundry, the bright natural indoor light, the serene decor and bedding, the gas grill with BBQ utensils and each moment spent on the patio in the comfy deck furtniture. We worked and relaxed in peace and quiet, explored the quiet neighborhood's vistas, hiked the waterside unique trails, and were able to enjoy time with family surrounded by hummingbirds, gentle breezes and incredible sunsets.
