Ein wirklich ausführlich schönes Hotel, liebevoll ausgestattet- eine Mischung zwischen modern und antik. Wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war perfekt, zurückhaltend und trotzdem extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein unglaubliches Frühstück!!

Behalve de fijne locatie midden in de medina van Fes, is vooral de service die we van het personeel kregen buitengewoon prettig. Als voorbeeld Mustafa, die zo professioneel en vriendelijk helpt, bv. door thee te brengen als je even op het (heerlijke) dakterras zit. Heel erg fijn.

Het enige nadeel dat we kunnen bedenken, is dat de kamer met de twee losse bedden niet altijd stil was vanwege het ietwat luide gezin dat naast die kamer woont. In de andere kamers zul je daar overigens geen last van hebben, die zijn sowieso ook mooier dan de kamer met de twee losse bedden.

We (my husband and his parents) stayed here for a few nights during our stay in Fes last November and we cannot speak highly enough about this place, but mostly about the staff! They are all amazing! Mustafa and Idriss helped us with everything we needed during our stay and arranged some very special and memorable evenings for us on the rooftop terrace (even though they thought it would be too cold, but for us crazy Dutchies nothing is too cold ;) ) They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was lovely as well as the tea we drunk with much appreciation every time we got back to the riad. At first it was a bit difficult to navigate through the medina, but Mustafa and/or Idriss were always there to help us or walk along and they were only a text message away if needed! Rooms and the riad itself looks so beautiful and well decorated with attention to detail. We loved the mosaic the lanterns, woodwork and the doors leading to our room with the most comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace is beautiful as well. You would never think that such an amazing riad is behind this small door in this small street and it is the best surprise we've got! Special thanks for helping us finding the beautiful Moroccan tiles that will bring a forever memory to our Spanish house! It will always remind us to our lovely stay with you! Thank you Idriss and Mustafa, we will have ChaqChaq in our hearts and memories thanks to your amazing service!

Absolutely no bad comment, but if I have to mention something to improve it would be that the shower glass in our room did not reach the floor and therefor a big part of the bathroom gets wet when you turn the rainshower on. We solved this by using the smaller shower and use less water just to be sure, so it was no issue for us.

Absolutely beautiful with amazing atmosphere and decor (down to the every little detail). The service was outstanding. The terrace offers a view of the entire medina. Chaqchaq is like a quiet, lush oasis in the middle of the medina. We will remember our stay there forever and recommend it strongly to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fes.

The staff were SO kind and hospitable. Beautiful riad, perfect location within the Medina. Large, airy and comfortable rooms and delicious food. We will definitely be back when we return to Fez.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer and that I miss it so much.

The riad far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful interior and perfect location. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and served in the rooftop terrace .. with the most spectacular view over Fes. We will definitely return.
