Our number was equipped with kettle, but no cups and tea. Also there is no default toothpaste and toothbrush.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They helped us up and down the stairs with our heavy luggage when we arrived and left. The room was very spacious.

There were cigarette butts in the bin in our room. The tv in our room did not work at all. The breakfast was nothing like what the photos depict. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the music was so ridiculously loud that we could not hear each other talking to each other across the table.

We had a terrible customer service experience in this hotel. The staff (a teenager) was extremely unprofessional and very rude. He made a mistake quoting us a tour which ended up being almost double, and then blamed us for not understating him. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we never saw an adult around. We were hoping to stay there again on our return from the Mestia-Ushguli trek but decided to cancel. There are many better options were you will be treated with respect around Mestia.

New hotel but maybe not the best construction. Wooden floors so every time someone walked in the room above you heard it. Also could hear anyone talking anywhere near the room. Restaurant overall was a poor experirnce

Good location, comfy beds, beautiful view from the balcony and shower was great

No sign of breakfast in the morning and no one around to ask. WiFi was sketchy at times and no mugs in my room despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee.

Breakfast very basic

No AC in the rooms. so we had to choose either we die from heat or from the bugs invading the room should we think about opening the windows.
