Lovely comfortable hotel, great choice for breakfast which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the couple running the hotel. The location is perfect for the town, bars and restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit to Llandudno.

All good - no bad points

Breakfast was fantastic and cooked just how we liked it and served with a smile from Dan the owner or her helper.

There is nothing else that could be improved on. Everything was superb!!

Nothing, every detail was perfect

Very friendly welcome, staff were first rate , could not have done anymore. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for all Llandudno has to offer. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this has to be one of the best, and the breakfast was wonderful. Dan was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning soon and many more times. If I could give it 12 stars I would.

What's not to like ? I could find nothing to fault it, which is quite unusual.

Stayed here end of spring bank week.Lovely quiet hotel. Very comfortable. Good parking. Well stocked bar. Nicely decorated public areas. Beautiful lounge to relax if required. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Have already booked another mini break here.

Lansdowne house is the perfect place to stay in llandudno, it's got off-street parking, rooms are very comfortable with everything you need for a enjoyable stay and rooms are refreshed on a daily basis. Staff are very friendly breakfast has a good selection from cereal to cooked. I would recommend lansdowne house for a holiday stay oh and prices are reasonable in the expanding climate of things.

At the moment I can't think of anything that I didn't like about my stay.

The Hotel was really lovely and well placed for all the facilities in Llandudno. The bed was very comfortable. Had a lovely sleep.
