We picked this place for the beautiful view of Molokai, and that did not disappoint. Beautiful ocean front view with Molokai and sunsets as the backdrop. Napili was nice, less crowded than other towns/resorts. The condo unit looks better in person than online, very nice place to stay, comfortable for four adults. We knew there were twin beds and a loft upstairs, so that worked for us. Very nice property, snorkeling right outside the condo unit was outstanding, turtles, fish and coral. Had maid service which we did not expect, very comfortable stay. Had additional family staying just up the road in a larger condo (not Napili Point) to accommodate everyone for dinners, cookouts and family time. Would definitely book again.

Enough room for all of us to spread out and also be together. Napili is the best beach in Maui, in my opinion, and this place is just a few minutes walk away. Ryan was very responsive when the hot tub needed attention. Decor was beautiful, beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer so we could pack light. We loved it here and highly recommend it to others.

My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights in late July. We found this to be a very nice rental, consistent with the listing and the reviews that we had read prior to our stay. We liked the location and proximity to a couple of beaches and a beautiful ocean trail. The house was clean, well equipped, and everything worked as it should. There's not a lot that I can say positive or negative that has not already been reviewed. The host was easy to communicate with, the check-in process was seamless, and the house was as described. We had everything we needed to go to the beach - chairs, towels, masks, etc. If we made it to the area, we would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay. the house is clean and the air conditioning keeps you cool. The deck is spacious and very tropical. There is no views from this location. You also have to walk to the beach. Its not far, but if you have elderly family, its not an easy trek. Several times we had a few little issues and they responded very quickly and took care of our needs. The one thing I didn't like was there are only 6 white towels for showers and 6 beach towels. There were 8 of us in the house and they did not accommodate us with more towels. Overall I would rate it a 4 out of 5.

Kitchen is well stocked. The home was not as clean at check in as we’d hoped, but the manager was pleasant and sent the housekeeper back that same day. The walls aren’t well insulated and the neighboring roosters are noisy in the early mornings, but our cell phone sound app helped. Overall it was a great trip and a comfy home to stay in.

My family loved staying at this well kept property. Very spacious. Backyard was so nice when returning from the beach right across the street. Hot tub was a nice addition with a bbq grill on the deck in the shade. Best thing was that Ryan has all of your beach outdoor needs: beach chairs and towels and snorkeling gear. Restaurants are very close by too. All of the mattresses were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our trip was originally planned for 2020 but had to be rescheduled due to travel restrictions. Ryan kept us up-to-date on our travel and rebooking options throughout the pandemic which was so appreciated. In a time when everything seemed extra complicated, it was a breath of fresh air that our reservation remained simple and clear. Once we finally arrived for our 9 day stay at this property, we were beyond pleased with the cleanliness and overall appeal of the home. As a prior resident of Maui, I know how hard it is to keep sand, geckos and red dirt out of the home so I was really pleased with how easy it was to keep this home sparkling during our stay and loved that I could enjoy the critters outside without the anxiety of sharing our bed with them. Speaking of beds, you will *not* find a home with more comfortable mattresses! Everyone needs a good night’s sleep - especially after a long day at the beach/ adventuring. I legitimately searched for which corner the tag was on so I could buy the same mattress for our home. Hallelujah. All amenities that we needed were provided plus so much more. At one point during our stay, I had trouble with the hot tub (turned out to be user error. Hey, we can’t all be tech savvy 🥴) A simple message to Ryan and within hours he addressed the issue quickly and discreetly! The beach gear provided came in super handy for our family. If you need anything extra, there are rental shops right across the street. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and also how close it was to our new favorite place to eat, Joey’s Kitchen (order the poke. You’re welcome.) At the risky of sounding hoity-toity, I REALLY appreciated that this home is within a small gated complex. Anytime you’re visiting a popular vacation destination, there’s always the risk of a car break-in or buzzed tourist stopping by to make awkward small talk. Knowing that our family was behind a fancy gate and within a safe, clean and quiet complex was a HUGE bonus that I wasn’t expecting. I also love that this home is an end unit. Once you’re inside or lounging in the hammock/hot tub, you truly forget that you have any neighbors. If you’re anything like me, you likely have 10 properties ranging in price that you’re considering for your upcoming vacation to Maui. Even though this one may be at a higher price point than a few others, it is well worth every penny. You cannot put a price on safety, security, cleanliness, location and wonderful hosts.

We had 5 adults staying at property and had a great time. Ample space for all. Loved the hot tub and extra amenities (cooler, snorkel gear, towels, etc.) in the garage to use. Napili Bay was great for swimming and the snorkeling at Kapalua Bay was better than our guided snorkeling trip. What a great spot, highly recommend!

Wonderful property just as pictured in the listing. Everything worked - including the hot tub that we used daily! Loved the location - super short walk to Napili and Kapulua trail. Took off a star for location as the grocery store isn’t close enough to walk to and restaurants within walking distance are limited, but I’m probably being picky. Great house with kids and host was responsive and great.

New and spacious home in a great part of Maui. Away from the crowds but amazing beach access and everything we needed for a 3-week stay. Ryan's house was ideal for our family of 5.

Great rental. Spacious, and modern. Everything we needed was provided. Garage was full of fun toys and beach chairs. Location was perfect. Directly across from Napili Bay. My favorite beach on Maui. Thanks for the much needed staycation.

Wonderful location and spacious home especially for a family. Close to beach and easy to drive to nearby communities. Maui is wonderful. Would happily stay again (only longer this time!).

Had an awesome week during our second stay at this VRBO and plan to come back again, really enjoyed the location and convenience to everything we planned to do!

We arrived onsite at 6:30pm on the date of our reservation and followed the instructions provided to gain access to our rental. None of the provided codes for the garage or front door worked. We called and texted Ryan Williams for 2 hours with no response. After getting in touch with VRBO customer service, they were finally able to get a hold of Mr. Williams, who then provided us with the correct codes. This experience was quite unpleasant since we had jet lagged children sitting in the car waiting for several hours after a full day on the plane. The remainder of our stay was quite enjoyable and uneventful. The property is clean, well maintained and in an excellent location for walking to the beach. If not for the check in process, I would definitely recommend this place.
