Perfect home for a big family. Very large open floor plan for everyone to have their own space.
Owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.
The TV was messed up so he made sure to switch the box out and when that didn't work he was very quick to come back to the home to try to fix it again and offered to buy us a Roku box until it was fixed by the cable company.
Very short walk to the beach.
Overall it was a great trip.

Enjoyed the location. House easily handled our party of six and the air conditioning worked great. Easy walk to the beach, appreciated the extra beach, chairs, and umbrella.
café & restaurants close by. Crab Island was fun. Sunsets and white sands and Clearwater was hard to beat!! Rented a couple E bikes from Coastal Cruisers, And explored the surrounding area.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. The home was decently clean and very conveniently located. The house could use minor hardware updates. Some of the doorknobs were loose (exterior were the ones that concerned us), the tub drain stopper didn’t work and the dishwasher didn’t work, but we were able to make it work anyway and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The neighborhood was quiet at night and you’re within a quick walk to the beach. Our kids loved the loft room. Overall very happy with our stay!

I stayed in this house with my husband and adult children. We loved the house and neighborhood and the beach is so close! The beach chair/umbrella service is a nice perk.
The deck and carpet need a little TLC.
All in all, we had a great time!!

The perfect location for our beach vacation! We loved the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and the complimentary Chair/umbrella service. We also loved the big backyard and fire pit! A wonderful house for our spring break family getaway.

This is so close to the beach! Totally enjoyed have seats available for us on the shore line. Plenty of room. The neighborhood was picture perfect.

My son and I stayed here with my best friend and her family and we had an amazing time. The place was comfortable and accommodating. It had everything you need for the beach available to use and allowed us not to pack as much. The location couldn’t have been better as it was only one block away and right across the street from the beach access. We also had access to an umbrella and 2 chairs from the beach service. Walmart was only a mile and a half away and it was super close to multiple shopping areas. A great little gem of a place.

Overall a wonderful experience— a few minor things in need of repair, closet doors and dresser knobs. The only major thing would be the outdoor shower was not working and it would have been very nice to have! But the home was nice and the location was perfect! The family had a great time!

Location of the property was great—very close to beach. My friends and I drove down from North Carolina to spend spring break here. Nice fire pit in the backyard and overall a great experience. Would recommend to spring breakers or any family looking for a trip to a beautiful location.

Cleaning crew should be fired. They are stealing the owners money. Staying Dec 17th 2022 was in the 30s & 40s the windows & doors needed upgraded badly. Water heater could not handle 4 adults 2 children so when planing to stay here make sure you plan for 2 bedrooms 2 bath that’s it. The upstairs is considered ok for kids. If it was 80 plus degrees no way a child could last upstairs. My personal opinion it’s not worth 4000.00 but not sure who sets the price. My first time renting in Destin and will probably be my last. I left Ohio for better weather not close to the same we decided to leave a week early. If we are going to sit in house and watch tv I can do that in my own warm living room.

Nice amenities included for beach. Fire pit and relaxing back yard space. Communication with David was easy and small issues were resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Property needs maintenance work on the inside and outside. The carpet is old an dirty, the bed linens smelled, the outside porches need boards replaced. You could tell people who smoked stayed there because of the smell of the house.

This isn’t accessible to the beach because it’s access is between. 2 condos. Todd (the rod) is a beach boy that harassed me and mine from less than 20 seconds from hitting the beach that was reclaimed by tax money, yet he yelled at the top of his lungs… get off my property. We were located less than 10 ft from the shore break. It was a sad paradigm of how humans have tried to claim the earth

Nice property, easy to access, close to beach. We had some issues with the property but were able to work them out on our own. We would stay again providing the issues we encountered are addressed.

We had a bachelorette trip to the beach it was the perfect location for beach access and just a short drive to nightlife the owner was very easy to communicate with the house was perfect accommodations were great

5 minute wak to the beach. Plan to use the chair rentals at the beach service there. Or it'll be hard to find a place to set up.

We had an awesome stay and trip would definitely stay there again. The trip to the beach was really easy. The only issue is the condo owners on the beach are a pain to deal with but you can work around it.

What loved most was the cleanliness of this property. It was so close to the beach, my daughter and her friends loved it. I really appreciated David, he was so informative and quick to to respond if I needed anything. Thanks David. We will be back!! See you soon.

The location of the house couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to both the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for 10 guests. The kitchen has every appliance you could need. Fire pit with firewood in the back as well.
