This house and location is perfect for anyone looking for a Finger Lake’s getaway at Seneca Lake! We went on a girls’ trip and everything was great. The view of the lake from the kitchen/dining room was incredible, and the house was beautiful! It’s also really accessible to so many wineries and things to do, and the dock is perfect for lake day hangouts! The only issue we ran into was with the fridge. It never got cold enough for our items, and when I communicated with the rental on the issue I never heard back. Everything else, and all other communication, was perfect though! Highly recommend!

A group of friends stayed at this property and had a great time! It's right on the lake and in a great location! Can be hard to find so I recumbent using Google Maps (over Apple Maps). The driveway is very steep but we didn't have trouble fitting 5-6 cars. They do not provide anything in the kitchen food-wise, so I would recommend bringing seasoning and condiments. I would definetly stay again!

Great location, beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Property has plenty of room to spread out and take some "me" time and the common areas are big enough to gather everyone together; Perfect combination!

Had an awesome vacation this week with family. The house was perfect for our needs. Vacationing on the lake was so relaxing and the gated porch was great for our little guy. Would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Great place for family and friends to get away. Newly updated and right on the lake. Everything was clean upon arrival and the decor fit perfectly. A place for everyone to sit inside and out. Bedrooms were accommodating. Perfect location between all the wineries and great local restaurants close by. Beautiful views. Would go back!

Place was really nice with beautiful view

This property was perfect for hosting a birthday trip outside of the city. The lakeside property had the perfect amount of sleeping quarters for each couple, and adequate space to relax, talk, and play games. We enjoyed waking up to the view every morning, and seeing the stars at night. Exploring wineries in the area was also a highlight of our trip! We would definitely come back to this area in the future.

We loved every detail of this gorgeous home. It’s beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. There are so many spaces for relaxing, from the big sunny living room to the comfy outdoor furniture and the porch swing. And you can’t beat the views, which are just as spectacular from inside the house as they are outside. We’d definitely stay again!

Great view of the lake, and it is a very nice and clean property. The only issue that we faced is that there were no shampoos/body wash, just 2 dishwasher detergent tabs, just two extra trash plastic bags. Remember to bring these stuff with yourself!

We had a great stay here! Celebrated a friend’s Bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place! Right on the water with beautiful views and perfect location to everything! Highly recommend!

I was very dissapointed that the owner refused to refund or move the trip to next year due to COVID. During this national pandemic where people were advised to not gather with people outside your family, and this trip was for a group of unrelated people traveling from different states for a reunion. I was unable to go due to health issies and was advised to not travel due to covid, so i lost my part of the rental cost. But the refusal during a pandemic, to be flexible, has made me never want to go thru this rental again. If it was not during a world wide pandemic, having a no cancellation policy is your perogative. But during a pandemic, this was horrible. The place was nice i heard, with beautiful views, access to the lake, and all the comforts needed. But renter beware. No flexibility to move rental or cancel, even when people are dying from this disease.

Beautiful house on the lake with ample space, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to everything and hidden like a gem! Definitely worth the stay!

Overall is great , except basement water filters keeps start up making noise, and few furnitures such as pull out sofa need to be replaced.

Three generations had a great time in this house!

A few glitches in checking in. No sheets or towels until 8:00 PM Broken screen to the deck. The big disappointment was the beach. The picture showed lake access from the beach to the water however to find out it was the neighbor's property was disappointing. Lots of seaweed hard for kids and adults to swim. Loved the big dock and deck. : Loved the Lake House. Beautiful kitchen family room and bedrooms . Over all it was a good experience but not great.

This provides room for all! Lots of bath rooms & bedrooms. Lots of indoor & outdoor seating . Kitchen well stocked with dishes , glasses , pots, small appliances, everything you need. Perfect location on the lake !

Big spacious home, great for families. Wonderful location, short drive to everything. Property was beautiful and very clean. I have nothing but good to say. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay in the Finger Lakes, and the property was stunning! The space easily accommodated our group of ten, and we enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace, views and the spaciousness. We are interested in returning to this home in the future - perhaps during the summer or fall! The only issue we ran into was the house is down a steep hill before you hit the steps to get into the place. This could be a serious issue for folks needing mobility assistance.

Needed a place to accommodate 12 people and this place was perfect. Just as beautiful in person as in the pictures.

Location was perfect. Set up of the house was also great. Loved all of the amenities. Unfortunately there were dead flies throughout all of the windows and doors.

When we arrived at 4:00 to get in, our code did not work. We had to call to get the code reset. That was in convenient. We called maintenance to come and turn on the fire places - they were very nice and professional. The towels and sheets were great to have here so we did not have to bring them with us. The property was a great location for us! The view was fantastic. It would have been nice to have directions on how to use the fireplace and to have directions/list of TV channels and how to use TV! Overall it was fantastic!!

our stay was perfect. The house was sooo clean upon arrival!! There was plenty of room for our extended family of twelve and the view was amazing. thank you so much!!!!!

This cottage is wonderful. It is beautiful, well kept, spotless and extremely user friendly, fully equipped, comfortable beds, great kitchen. We lacked for nothing. The waterfront area is great and the dock was big enough for all 8 of us to sit and enjoy the view. We met a few neighbors and they were very friendly. My family is planning on going back next year!!!
