Felt something crawling on me upon further investigation found bed bugs...gross.......also couldn't use hot tub pool do to about 50 kids that showed up and ruined the water ....

Breakfast was a great surprise. I was expecting the usual - bagels, muffins and coffee. This was great with waffles, eggs, potatoes, muffins, cereal, etc. The food was very good.

The staff was very friendly and location was great.

I chose this hotel because my son had a hockey game and it was the only one available for the overnight date we needed that had a pool. While the high price total of $420.00 surprised me when I booked this hotel I figured since the price was that high and the hotel was a well known name that it must be worth it by being updated and must have some high end amenities. Unfortunately that was not the case. Our room was relatively clean but had a very musty smell to it and definitely needed updates. The toilet handle had to be held for a good minute for it to flush. When we visited the pool area (which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) we were surprised at the uncleanliness of the bathroom. There was not only any soap but looked like it had not been filled in years due to not having a lid and how crusty and dry the dispenser was. Toilet was dirty and a dirty towel was stuck in the paper towel dispenser with a ball of hair stuck in it. The towels that were supplied in the pool area were the size of a hand towel. The rinse off shower didn’t even work. When it came time to go to bed the quality of the beds were hard and horrible to sleep in. When taking a shower in the morning the tub did not drain so we stood in about 6 inches of water. The only plus was the staff was incredibly friendly. While these aren’t normally huge deals in a hotel and I wouldn’t complain but at the price I paid for the hotel of over 400.00 for one night I would have expected a higher quality of the beds, towels, cleanliness and smell of our room. We will be traveling a lot for hockey and not only will we not stay at this Hampton Inn again when we return to Geneva we will not choose a Hampton Inn in any of the locations of our future games for that price.

Normal breakfast fare. Coffee was excellent. Sharol was excellent as a front desk associate. Very friendly and made a point of remembering guests names. Very attention to details.

Nothing is perfect.

Location was great, it is across from the lake and there are beautiful views. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was excellent. The floor we were on was quiet and we couldn’t hear our neighbors.

The dryer didn’t work very well, we figured out there is a bird nest in the vent. It meant our clothes took twice as long to dry. Everything else was great.

The pool and breakfast was really good Staff was very polite and checking was quick and easy The coffee and cookies upon check in was a nice touch

The location was perfect for us as we travelled throughout wine country. Convenient to everything. Including parks, restaurants, a casino, and lake. The staff was very accommodating and worked hard to keep the hotel very clean and welcoming.

The staff at the reception desk told me my reservation was canceled by booking.com in the system. and the the hotel had run out of rooms at that time. I reserved this hotel for Ironman 70.3 Musellman because it is very close to the finish line. I called Booking.com for explanation but had to wait on line for more than 20 minutes. Eventually I had to find another accommodation. Really a bad experience! The only positive thing was that the staff helped me to query hotels near by and I went to a one she recommended.

All the staff were wonderful. Helpful, personable and professional. Room was clean and adequate sized. Location was good for what we needed. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Just enough. Everything was clean.

Hot tub was broken so that was a bummer. And the train came through a little early for my liking. Other than that all was good.

AC very noisy, leading to bad sleep. Toilet needed repair, had to manually set drain so would flush. Room smelled like wet laundry, musty smell.
