I looked for a place to stay with many amenities & peacefulness, log cabin experience, perfection for exploring the coastline of ME, lighthouses, restaurants, some days of just relaxation. We were able to get up from Port Clyde to Bar Harbor areas, visiting many towns in between using our chosen place as beginning/end point each day of the day trips we took.

Cabin had everything one could possibly need. Very comfortable queen bed. Listing should mention air conditioning in the queen bedroom.

That was fun! Cute log cabin on a private lot. Lots of games to play. Wish we stayed longer. My grandson just loved the child’s chair on the porch.

Greeted with a fresh bouquet of wild flowers and a bowl of sweets. Great screen porch for relaxing outside without the bugs. The location made it easy to explore the area. This is the second time we stayed there, enjoyed it both times and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Very clean and very nice. Well supplied with every item we could imagine (and even others that we never would have thought of). Very pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin in the woods. Very private we had our two dogs with us and it was a great location. Only a mile to the beach plenty to do see and plenty of places to eat.

I had the best 6 days at the cabin! It was my 4th time here and it has kind of become a bit like a home away from home. It is close to anything I would want to do and yest very private and quiet. Thank you Marilyn, Del and Nicole. I hope to come back again next year!! Kim G. New Paltz, NY

My husband and I spent our thanksgiving at this beautiful cabin. Would highly recommend!!

This cabin is beyond clean. You will want for nothing (aside for a sturdier shower curtain liner). We immediately felt at home and couldn't wait to show it off to our friends who live and stay in the area of T. Harbor and Port Clyde during the summer months. We have stayed in many places in the area over the last 32 years and this has been a favorite! Thank you for an amazing time. Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again soon.

This was my 3rd time here and it was wonderful! The cabin is so comfortable and homey. I brought a friend with me this time and she was almost speechless at how wonderful it all was. Host were very nice and responsive. Cookies and a bowl candy were left for us which was a nice touch. Property was clean and private and close to so many things. If staying, I would advise caution going up and down the stairs. They are steep. We enjoyed our stay!

Private and quiet. We came up for the Rockland lobster fest. It was a perfect place to relax. Close to everything. Enjoyed tenants harbor.

Great little rustic cabin surrounded by a beautiful forested area near the little town of Tenants Harbor - great location. The cabin had everything we needed. Would stay again and we highly recommend it.

My husband, myself and our dog came up to mid coast Maine for a weekend away. This cabin is a short drive outside of Tenants Harbor, one of the smaller coastal towns. The house itself was tucked back from the road. This is clearly a family home - they had everything! Many games, books, etc to choose from. We visited the T Harbor general store, the Happy Clam, and went for a run on the quiet back roads. We are so grateful for the hospitality and hope to return here soon!

This place exceeded expectations all the way around. Great location close to the coast with the feeling of being secluded in the woods. The cabin was clean, comfortable and over all a great place to stay! I hope to come back some day!

The property brought back memories of my childhood. A sweet log cabin secluded amoungst the trees. Warm and inviting interior. It was a truly enjoyable vacation. Heather and I really enjoyed our time there. There is only one thing that we wished differently and that would be the matresses. Very uncomfortable 😉. Now keep in mind this is not a glamping cabin its camp. But other than the beds everything from the owner to the property and surrounding area all was a good expereince.

we enjoy our stay, the cabin is very organized and was super clean. Located at the end of a 200 mts entry road what make it very private. lot of space in the backyard to play, w like that had like in the wood feeling but jet close to the small town shop, restaurant, etc.

This cabin was very clean and in a very private setting. My two sisters and I very much enjoyed our stay here!

We had such a great stay! perfect for our dogs! Beautiful property, loved the games and the VHS. we had the best time!

Out of all the many places we have stayed across the country, this would rank in the top five. It was as advertised, clean, welcoming ( a bouquet of wildflowers waiting for us) and had everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We used it as a central point to explore the area. The sunsets at Port Clyde harbor were spectacular and the visit to Monhegan Island for hiking and exploring were so close and easy to get to. We even saw some Puffins on the way back from Monhegan Island. Coming back at night was comfortable and with all the books, games, music, smart tv, you could easily find something of interest. We laid out in the yard and just enjoyed the night sky, it was so quiet, peaceful and dark, no light pollution. We very much enjoyed our stay and when we’re back in the area would love to stay there again.

Quite far from town could not find hiking trails nearby

We live in a log home for our full time residence, it was great to be able to stay in a miniature version of our own home. They allowed pets which is great! Our dogs settled in very soon after arrival with no stress at all! The kids enjoyed the fun "camp" games that were provided. They also had a wonderful time running and playing in the yard. All in all it was a fabulous experience. We would stay here again! The instructions and directions for check in and leave out were clear and easy to follow and execute. This made it stress free for us! Thank you for providing us with a lovely place to stay during our son's wedding weekend!

Very clean and comfortable cabin in the woods. Our kids and the dog loved it. We will definitely stay here again.

Cabin had a lot of dust and there was no kerig coffee maker need to update but otherwise I was comfortable and really enjoyed my stay
