Great place to relax.

This home is exactly as described! We based our choice on the reviews, and boy, it did not disappoint! This is a beautiful, clean, and inviting home that everyone in my family enjoyed! It was the perfect getaway! Very spacious and accommodating! Everything was just outstanding! We just wish we could’ve extended our stay to continue to take in all this property has to offer!

The property is amazing and the sound of the rushing river is sublime. We had a great time and we cannot wait to go back.

We very much enjoyed this beautiful cabin that is literally on the river. My kids played in the water and we enjoyed the serenity of the property. It was lovely to sit next to the water and enjoy nature. Also,Just 15 min drive into downtown Durango. We would stay here again.

Property was as described. River was extremely low due to lack of moisture they have received this year. Cabin was nice and cozy. Had a couple of things that can be expected for a place on a river in the mountains. There are definitely mice. Found some mouse poop in the second drawer down on the left side of the dishwasher when we went to get a serving spoon for the side dishes. Not a huge deal just had to wash all utensils prior to use. Like I said this is to be expected for a property with this kind of location. Cleaners did leave some towels hanging on the upstairs bathroom door and there was some trash behind the headboard(on the floor, which we did not touch) in the master bedroom upstairs. Other than those minor things the property is great and me and my family had a wonderful time. Great to get away with everything going on in the world today.

We had a great time at this Property. It was exactly as advertised! Creek was awesome, but cold! It was just the getaway we all needed. Lots of wildlife around the property too. Seemed to be a lot of restrictions though. Towels, linens, dishwasher use, social curfews, etc. It did not impact our experience, but just a lot of “donts” with the rental. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

I would give this 6 stars. We had a small trip with my wife and three kids. This was the most relaxed we had been in a long time! The kids loved the creek! The place is not far from Bayfield or Durango where we grabbed pizza and ice cream for the kids. This is a must stay. Thanks for the memorable experience and opening up your home to us!

We loved this cabin! Beautiful cabin, clean, comfy beds, gorgeous riverside backyard and patios.

We had a great stay here over Memorial Day weekend. The setting on the Florida river surrounded by pine trees was so relaxing. The place is very clean and well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked. They have a done a really nice job on this listing. I would highly recommend you give it a try. I would love to buy this place! :)

Beautiful home, awesome river in back.

We loved this tranquil & peaceful property. The online description was very accurate. Management very responsive and timely. Slight creaking from upstairs bedroom over downstairs bedrooms...not sure if that can be improved or not. Deck, Kitchen (Very Well Equipped), Grill, Grass area, River, Ambience, Furnishings, Internet (used several devices/wifi calling for Verizon) and Fireplace all just Fabulous! FYI Liquor Store - 1 minute away. Vallecito Lake & City of Durango both 20 min drive. Saw small trout swimming in river several times. There is a Picnic table on the deck that can be moved for sun or shade. Definitely will utilize this property in the future. We had a very blessed time with family/friends.

We enjoyed 3 nights at River's Edge. The fireplace and hot tub are nice amenities . Comfortable Adirondack chairs riverside enhanced our visit. We highly recommend River's Edge.

Everything needed for a relaxing and tranquil vacation! So beautiful and peaceful.

This was a great rental for our family. The setting was perfect with the stream running along the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and outdoor picnic table/deck/sitting area. The only slight issues we had were out of anyone's control...the upstairs creaking over the two main floor bedrooms and a dishwasher that was awaiting repair. The property managers were very helpful leading up to the trip and during our stay.

This was our first time in Durango. We picked a wonderful place to stay. The home was beautiful along with the property. My family loved the flowing river in the back yard. The sound was amazing to wake up to every morning. It's very peaceful and secluded. We will definitely be back again.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! Clean and had every amenity you can think of. River is awesome and hot tub was perfect for relaxing! Kids and grandkids had such a great time playing in the large private yard and river. Hope we can go again next year!

This was a great place for my husband and I to stay with our two grown children, their spouses and our grand daughter. My father even came by for a day so we had 4 generations together. Very clean and well laid out property with everything you could ever need.

Walkways to house from garage were not cleared of snow Bedroom window shade broken Patio safety rail broken Refrigerator and oven were not clean TVs did not work .....error message: “satellite not conceted properly “ Jacuzzi dirty so we didn’t use it Everything was fixable prior to our stay if property management was maintained correctly. Disappointed customer!

This was a wonderful cabin that was meticulous in its up keep. Clean. All amenities were available. We will have amazing memories of our family time together ! I would recommend this place again to anyone looking to truly get away and enjoy some quiet time together .

The house is great. Big wrap around porch, very comfortable beds, great media room. The backyard is amazing. The landscaping was really well done. Very easy to find and convenient to Durango. Also, probably the best stocked home we've ever stayed in. We cooked all of our dinners there and had no shortage of pots, pans, utensils, etc.. We'll definitely rebook this for our next visit! (We also saw deer daily in the backyard)

This was a wonderful property, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was great to eat out on the deck and listen to the sound of the river. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved staying in this cabin. A couple things I do believe you need to know. First the left side of the sink leaks underneath in the cabinet. Second I believe the well needs air in it or some attention. When turning the water on there is a lot of air and spurts of water. Third the coffee maker is extremely slow. Either needs a good cleaning or replaced. The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning especially the shower. It is yellow from all the soap scum. We did enjoy our stay very much and would recommend and do plan on coming back in the future. These are just things I thought you should be aware of.
