Our family of 9, ages 1-44, stayed for a week and this house had EVERYTHING we could need. I was worried the pictures were misleading of the size but this house was BIG! We had plenty of space to spread out, play games, eat meals together or apart and relax. The newly remodeled park is a minute walk away and it’s about a block to the beach. We walked everywhere all week. The fully stocked game cabinet and garage was a lifesaver. If you’re traveling with little ones… this is a great house for it. We had baby gates, high chairs, play yards, bathing stuff, a wagon etc waiting for us so we didn’t have to lug it all in the car! We have stayed in several VRBO houses but this one was best because of the location and how well stocked it was… anything you need->this house has it!

I cannot say enough about how much I loved this house and the accommodations. It is an older home with modern upgrades, beautiful interior designing and a few, fun quirky details. I love the creaky wooden steps to the upstairs, the original wood bannister railing and a few slanted ceilings. All so charming! The owners have thought of absolutely everything too. The plethora of board games, toys and books for youngsters, digital games for older kids, a complete stocked kitchen, nightlights, ceiling fans, and even a jewelry dish bedside. We stayed in the fall so there was no lake swimming but we did walk on the beach and shop! The sunsets were amazing. The location was fantastic. One short block to the lake and one house over to a huge playground. The owner, Kristi, texted to make sure everything was okay and in order. She could not have been nicer. VRBO done right.

This house was perfect for our first trip to South Haven. The location truly could not be beat-- steps from the beach, a short walk into town, close to trails for walking/running. The house was very clean and just as described. It was great to have both the front and back porches to lounge on during the day. The fire pit was also a bonus! The owners were very easy to communicate with and the check-in process was super simple. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in South Haven!

We had a great stay, there was plenty of space downstairs for gathering. We loved the garage. It is fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach and has an additional full size fridge which is so helpful! There is also a wonderful front porch that is shaded all evening. The entire community of South Haven was so friendly and welcoming. Our only suggestion would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The owners were great to work with all week. The location is also great we could easily walk to the park, beach or town!

Year 2 with our family at this house. Great house with wonderful amenities, awesome location and superb hosts. We'll be back next year to build more family memories.

The house was big, beautiful and updated. Could use some more curtains on the front door, back door and the sliding glass door. More light in the kitchen would be helpful

Excellent location for family getaway in South Haven. Easy walk to the beach and kids corner.

Such a beautiful home, with very convenient location. For those traveling with kids, it’s steps away from a great park and a block to the beach. Easily able to walk back and forth, and get to downtown as well. The owner even has kids toys on hand! Can’t recommend this house enough!

This location is amazing! Truly just steps from the Kids Corner play area and beach. Fully stocked with everything parents traveling with kids would need - made it so much easier! Everything was as described and communication was timely. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation - we will be back!

We have 5 young children and this house is perfect for us. Great location, clean, has beach towels, beach equipment, toys/books/games/puzzles, baby equipment, gates for the stairs. It’s so nice to not have to bring all of that stuff and have it already there. Owner provided safety info when we were facing possible severe weather. She was very accessible.

We biked to town, spent good family time on the front porch and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. This house was very well equipped and the owners checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will book this home again!
