We had a wonderful weekend

We had a great time. This home was clean, check in was easy, it was close to town! We had such a wonderful time connecting, Saugatuck and this house worked perfect for our multigenerational girls weekend! Something for everyone. The house provided us with a a cozy place to gather as well many options fun for all ages.

I recently stayed at this VBRO property and I had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and it was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities were as described and everything I needed was readily available. The location was perfect, and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had the best time, visiting Saugatuck… Time to catch up, and relax, shop, eat. Although little rainy outdoors, this cozy home provided us the opportunity to enjoy a warm fire, drinks in hand, and watch the colors in the leaves outdoors. We walked to town, and it took all of two minutes to be at shops, and the waterfront! Would absolutely come again! Very nice host and very clean accommodations, all important in a nice stay for the weekend!

The home was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. It is also in a quiet neighborhood but only a couple of short blocks to downtown. It was a girls weekend but the accommodations would be great for families also.

The home was lovely and all agreed that it was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend it.

The home is lovely, decorated comfortably and in a great location. But, I wish I had more positive things to say. The kitchen was not clean. The microwave was very dirty with caked on food residue. The refrigerator did not even look like it had been wiped down and the floors throughout the house were filthy. I don't mean they weren't washed as I am sure that does not happen often. The floors were not even vacuumed with lots of crumbs on the kitchen and dining area floors. The family room had little party confetti all over the floors. The upstairs bedroom had sand all over the floors. The fans all had so much dust on and hanging from them that we didn't even use them. The very worst was the black mold on the tiles in the upstairs shower. There is a cleaning fee when booking so I would assume that the rental would actually be clean. There is also a bug problem in the house. We were constantly finding ants in the kitchen. We found many spiders, beetles and mosquitos throughout the house every single day. We choose this rental because of all the good reviews so we were so surprised and disappointed with all the issues.

This was the perfect house for a girl weekend getaway! We were seriously one block from downtown Saugatuck, all the shops and all the restaurants! The house was very clean, awesome to have three full bathrooms! Perfect space to hangout outside as well.

Loved the proximity to the heart of town.Enjoyed the variety of boats and even witnessed a helicopter land in his yard and take off again.

House was spacious and location great for 6 Girls Trip

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. It is in a prime location, just down the street from shopping, restaurants and boat rentals. While it worked great for our girls weekend, it would also be wonderful for families. The bedrooms on the main floor are spacious and comfortable. The sleeping room upstairs is so quaint. We felt like we were having a slumber party. We can’t wait to book this property for next summer.

It was our first trip back to Saugatuck in over 5 years and it was the first time traveling with this group of friends. The property was perfect for the seven of us and conveniently located near downtown. We had a blast.

Great location! Very clean! Five twin beds upstairs made little girls feel like they were in a princess castle.

This was the perfect spot for my family. Everything on the listing was very accurate and Liz, the property manger, was very easy to communicate with during our stay. It was an easy walk into town. We loved how close we were to the park, shops and restaurants! We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect home for two families. The separate sleeping quarters upstairs provided the perfect separation for teens. Excellent location close to downtown Saugatuck and just a short drive to Holland. Great home.

We utilized this house for our annual girl’s trip. It was beautiful! The location was perfect! We parked at the house and were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

Our 2nd annual girls weekend was great at this perfect house!! Liz, the owner, is incredible and so responsive to any questions. House is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love the upstairs “dorm like” setting! Tons of amenities including toilet paper and toiletries. So close to town and a great neighborhood. We will be back!!

Beautiful place to rent. Only suggestion is to look In to drain fly infestation. There were all around the house.

Beautiful property within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront. We enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage and local wineries and apple orchards. Perfect location for a short fall break trip. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy the nearby beach.

This has been our go-to place for our annual girls weekend. Great location. Two blocks to downtown. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms make this house a good choice for our group of 8 women. Owner is easy to deal with-readily available by phone if needed.

Great location with a large back yard & everything you need! Our third trip st this house!

Property is nicely decorated, plus very neat and clean. We weren’t there much but great location as it’s very close to all the activities in town! We walked back and forth several times a day! Start with fabulous coffe and breakfast right down the street at Uncommon Grounds (all to-go). Take your order outside to eat on the shaded tables. Would recommend this house to everyone!

The property was charming & nicely decorated. The girls enjoyed the separate living room with fireplace while the guys stayed in family room with TV. We had coffee outside each morning & watched the black squirrels, rabbits & a kitty. The location was absolutely perfect. We walked to town 2-3 times a day with only a slight hill.

We had a great time at this property. It is a very short walk to the town, and we enjoyed being able to be able to walk back home to drop off our bags. It had a good BBQ grill, and we grilled out a couple of the days we stayed. The house was clean and well taken care of. There was a nice big back patio with plenty of seating for our family.

I stayed here for a girls trip for the tulip festival. This place exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s so quant and adorable. The location was perfect! It’s about two blocks from shops and restaurants. Walking distance to so many places! We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings listening to the birds and come evening we hung out around the indoor fireplace and drank wine. We all loved this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nicely done. Very clean. 3 bathrooms a plus with 6 sisters on this trip. Beautiful yard with nice patio deck in secluded backyard.
