Unit 1 has a great layout with plenty of rooms to spread out together and to have privacy. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the kitchen offered an abundance of space to prep and cook with ease. My family loved the location and assigned parking. There is no traffic to worry about hearing. Just steps away from the beach where chairs were provided. Customer service was excellent. John and Matt were helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Mainsail for a worry free and fun vacation experience.

We loved the unit and being able to walk right out to the beach. The unit fit our needs and was in a great location on the island. The only thing was there was mold in the bathroom next to the queen bed and we would recommend hand bars in the bathroom for elderly.

We have rented houses on AMI and this property was even better. The location is perfect. Clean, spacious, with lots of perks like bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Hope to return.

We loved our family vacation at this property. You couldn’t beat the location on the beach. We had two young children with us and it was very easy and accessible when we needed to come back up from the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets every night on the patio and down on the beach. Inside everyone has their own space and bathroom which was really nice. Definitely would come back!

Everything was great except that we like to cook and the kitchen is not very well equipped. We managed with what was there. The concierge was wonderful. We found it great to have a staff member available during business hours, unlike other self-catered B and Bs.

The space was lovely and very adequate in terms of storage. We had several meals there as a large group which worked out great. The back deck was spacious and inviting to watch the sunset or people walking along the beach in the morning. The sea grass was cut down and made it very inviting to view the surroundings.I walked the beach every day and enjoyed it thoroughly. The wraparound windows were a plus to view the beautiful Gulf. Each bathroom was fully equipped with hairdryer, soaps ,shampoos conditioners ,and shower gel. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a meal. A couple of minor things. The ledge from outside going into the living room area had two step ups and several of us tripped on it. Also the couch and chairs weren’t that comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a tv in each room. There were kayaks paddle boards and bikes nearby if you wanted to use them.Beverly with the property management was very accommodating. We had a couple of minor things which she took care of immediately. All in all a beautiful place and we would definitely come back.
