We had a fabulous time! The property was exactly what we were looking for. The front patio could not have been more perfect. Beds were all comfy and clean. The entire unit was clean and spacious. Julie, the owner, was incredibly responsive and gracious. We could not have asked for more. What a perfect weekend in Mission Beach!

It was a wonderful get away for family from out of town. It was steps from the beach and close to Belmont Park which offers fun for everyone. Parking spots were helpful. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen including spices. Plenary if room for all of us and local family to visit. When the patio door is open you feel like you’re sitting on the beach while. Also, lifeguard station provides a beach wheelchair so elderly can get to the water with ease. Great place!

This property could not have been more perfect for my family. Besides being spotless, tastefully decorated and easy to check into, it was so comfortable we could not have felt more at home. There were blankets and pillows for everyone to get cozy indoors and seating for everyone to be comfortable outdoors.We were not lacking for anything! Everyone slept so well and remarked about the comfortable beds. Many naps were taken on the living room couches as well. The indoor space with it's ocean view was all about comfort and the outdoor space was unbeatable. We had everything we needed to cook and with the outdoor grill and fully stocked kitchen most of our group never left the property except to go to the beach! There were plenty of restaurants close by to pick up food for lunch that we ate on the property because no one ever wanted to leave! Having our coffee and breakfast at the big table on the patio, watching surfers, dolphins and waves and enjoying the fresh air was divine. The only thing that would have made this vacation rental better would have been a longer stay. My family, who came from all over the country for our four night reunion is already talking about returning next year. We loved it! Thank you, Julie, for providing us with an outstanding vacation!

Home was Open and spacious! Host was very responsive to all questions prior to arrival and during! Home loaded with all necessities for vacation !

We had great time at this beach house . Location was the best, close to everything. Owner Julie communication with us was great! Highly recommend and would return again.

The listing says sleeps 12 but wasn't sure how you could sleep that many. Especially since the trundle bed in the room with the bunk beds was not accessible. You couldn't pull it out from under the bunk as it was next to the closet doors. And you would have had to sleep two people to each of the bunk beds, which seemed very small to do that. The front door was into one of the bedrooms, so to use it you walked through the bedroom. Not ideal. The kitchen and living room areas were great. The living room opened up onto an amazing patio. the Master bedroom and shower were very nice. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Not very many everyday knives, but plenty of everything else. Great fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Well supplied with everyday necessities. Lots of beach toys and such. We loved the gas fire pit, cushioned benches, umbrellas and outside dining table. The view from the living room and master bedroom was unbelievable. We had a great time but there were only 6 adults.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths with just about everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. Garage is fully stocked with bikes, toys, boards, scooters, extra kitchen appliances. Kitchen has what you need to cook, have coffee, make s’mores, you name it. Ocean front with a large patio for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Easy to watch kids play in sand. This side of beach seems to be less populated than the other side of Belmont park. Has all the towels you need. Literally just come with your clothes and food and you’ll be set! The only drawback we found was the noise from upstairs, but only noticeable during quiet hours. Hope to be back :)

We had a great time and the family had lots to do in the surrounding area. There were a couple of things as we noticed which was there were three pictures in the hallway instead of one. We just wanted you to take note of that. Also, one of the lounge chairs on the patio had a rip in it that was already like that. We accidentally grabbed the iron because it looks just like the one we brought but will be returning it as soon as possible. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We're even considering staying here again sometime next year. Have a great Mother's Day!

We, overall, truly enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach were huge wins. We were walking distance to restaurants and bars, another plus. The only drawback was from 7:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28th there was extremely loud dance music coming from the upstairs neighbors; music loud enough to vibrate the ceiling and make it difficult to sleep. I’m all for letting loose but with the amount of money we spent, the upstairs neighbors should have shown a little more restraint. Other than the music issue, everything went great.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this condo on Mission Beach in San Diego, and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

Seriously perfect location.

The location is lovely. Our family had a great spring break. We visited the zoo and the beach several times in spite of a couple of rainy cold days. We experienced quite a bit of noise from the guests in unit above but property mgr helped by making calls first night. The air traffic is loud as well until around 11pm then resumes around 7 am. Overall, the location was ideal for walking right out onto beach with kids to play!

This beachy themed house is RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!!! The patio goes to the boardwalk and a few step beyond, right onto the beach and the ocean! The house is very comfortably appointed. There were five women on this trip and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The house has a cute beach theme and in my opinion, it should - given it's location! The patio was a huge draw for us. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and on the first morning, we even watched the dolphins playing in the ocean just past the surfers. So VERY cool! If you think a place like this is just for the summer, you'd be so wrong!! Definitely recommend.

Very thorough instructions and great communication during stay

After staying at many different homes/condos on Mission Beach over the years, this home may have been the best true “beach house” yet. The patio almost blends into the sidewalk and the doors to the main living area open almost all the way, making a perfect indoor/outdoor space. We will definitely be back.

First, Julie, the owner, was available to answer any questions we had concerning the property. Very much appreciated! The location is closer to Belmont Park which we loved. The outdoor space is the very best and the fire pit is a huge bonus. Living space with large kitchen made it easy for the six of us to enjoy cooking and talking with the ocean view in the background. Made some great memories!

You cannot beat the location of this property! The kitchen was also very well stocked with anything you may need. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

The location is wonderful for having young kids, not having to pack in and out of the beach is priceless.

This beach house is the best location! Steps from the beach, a short walk to Belmont park, shops, food and there is a cool park across the street too. This house accommodated my family of 5, my parents and my brothers family of 4. I was my moms birthday so we spend a good amount of time at the house. We bbq’d, we utilized the big kitchen with many delicious meals. The kitchen had most of the things we needed to prepare our food. If you need something specific bring it just to be safe. The garage is definitely tiny as advertised but full of beach goodies if needed. The parking on the side of the building was prefect and close. Let’s see, the beds weren’t the most comfortable to us. Everyone has their preference, but the only happy sleepers we’re my parents on the king size bed. But that’s what matter to me since it was her birthday. The patios had lots of space to relax and hang out. The fire pits was great too! It was very peaceful at night one the beach. This house is close to the action but then far enough away to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Ultimately, we had a great time!! My mom especially was so happy and blessed to spend her birthday with family at the beach house. Thanks for having us.

What an amazing week! The house is PERFECTLY located! Close to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and roller coasters, but far enough away for the peace and quiet needed too. The patio was so great and large. The beds were comfy and the whole place was just as expected. We can’t wait to get back next summer with our family of 8!

This house is in a great location and the patio has a lot of space. We had a great time!

We have rented multiple places in mission beach - and this has been our BEST one to day. We had two families with kids ranging in age from 4-12. The walk to Belmont was short. Beachfront. Enough space in the home. Far enough away from the craziness of Belmont. Host was a gem and always available for our questions.

This property was great for our multi-generation family. The view was great and so was the location! We hope to be back again soon!!
