The cottage was very cold when we arrived as if no one had stayed there for a long time. However there was a fantastic central heating system and we were able to heat up the cottage very quickly.
A minor issue which didn’t really affect us as we didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was quite small

Everything about this stay was fantastic, only fault to many steps not marked of inside, but definitely would recommend it.

Cottage was clean.
The shower didn't drain well at all, so you were always standing in a pool of water.
Didn't realise how close the cottage was to the road.

Great location for exploring the area, including Snowdonia. Llangollen is a fabulous little town and we loved the Cornmill pub. Inside the cottage was lovely, clean and very well equipped.
Location of the noticeboard, which included the wi-fi details. Tucked away in the kitchen and not immediately visible.
The outside of the property could do with a coat of paint and a tidy up.

Good sized bedrooms,the kitchen was adequate.the property needed to be cleaner.
The information to get the key from the safe after putting in the keycode was very difficult.
We had to ask next door for assistance who also stated difficulty working it out.
The bed sheets were stained on the double bed that i unfortunately had to sleep in.
The oven door was filthy,cheese was found under the stained sofa cushions.
When paying for accommodation,i expect a similar standard of cleanliness and hygiene that i have at home.On this occassion,those standards were lacking!
Unless there were changes to the cleanliness of this property we would not be staying again,and will advise friends and family of our experience.

The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size. It was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. It was nice being close to the river.
The house was located on the busy A5.

Very well refurbished, excellent location
The only minor complaint was a shortage of cleaning materials in kitchen (washing up brush, dishwasher tablets, dishcloth) which may explain why some of crockery and oven tray was dirty on arrival. I would recommend the small garden on side being cleared for use.

All essential facilities available. Comfortable beds. Handy location for town centre and further afield.
Only 1 parking space for the cottage even though the booking information says 2 per cottage.
