Lovely warm feel to it, my children loved the room as it had bunk beds in, they actually cried as they didn’t want to leave it ha x

I like everything the only thing I will say is the water in the shower wasn’t very hot

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the rate, so thought charging for an egg to have with the mashed avocado was very petty and a bad call from the staff. Shows how one decision can put a damper on the experience.

A little impersonal having no reception and the code system of entry won’t probably suit all travellers. Also, no hotel bar or restaurant was a little strange.

Location is great, in the centre of Llangollen, perfect for all amenities and places to eat. The hotel is above a cafe, where breakfast is taken. The owners also run a business in outdoor sports. The whole atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Breakfast is beautifully cooked and with some more unusual choices than the average B & B. The room are clean and nicely, simply furnished - lots of wood! Fresh ground coffee on the tea tray every day was a much appreciated touch.

Perfect location, have stayed in the corner stones for over 10 years absolutely love Llangollen . Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean, there was past guests hair on the wall and in the shower. Big clump of hair out the dryer fell out one of the towels. Room was nice and spacious so it was annoying there was no dressing table had to sit on the floor to dry my hair and do my makeup. Ladder for the bunk bed was a hazard for my 15 month old.threshold for the bathroom came off and toilet seat was very lose. Can see a lot of love has gone in to the property but I was disappointed to be honest. Not having a go just being honest. Thanks for having us. Xx

Breakfast was very limited - which is all good in my books as means it will be fresh... and very good indeed. Power bowl, with warm banana loaf and yogurt. Great coffee, lovely room, smiling staff, great way to start the day....

The absence of a car park. With 2 children it was not very convenient to park on the public car park.

Breakfast was much better than expected staff were lovely too

I loved the friendliness of all the staff, from the first welcome as we booked in to our checking out. Everyone was upbeat, friendly and helpful. The riverside location was wonderful. The breakfast was first class. I’ll have to come back to try the other breakfast options!

I can’t think of anything that could have been improved.
