Located just a few steps aways from the Lionshead gondola and the ski school, this was a super convenient experience for the family.

Location is Great, owners are great too , but property needs an actual face lift !! , it’s very tight space and bathrooms are not so great and tiny and access to shower in main room is difficult , absolutely no room for anything in the bedrooms. Again, location is in the middle of lions head and so easy to access to everything.

Great location right in the middle of Lionshead Village. Owner was super responsive and helpful in all communications. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath conveniently located in Lionshead village just a 3 minute walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Chair Lift and Lionshead Ski School.

Perfect spot for getting on the mountain out of Lionshead. Anne is very communicative and we really enjoyed our short stay at the condo.

We had such an incredible week in Vail this past week. This condo in Lionshead was perfectly located. We were with my Dad and two sons (aged 25 and 23.) Anne and Jason are amazing owners. When the temperatures dropped, they bought extra space heaters for us and delivered them to make sure we stayed warm. Jason gave us some tips about the new supermarket in town and places from which to get grocery deliveries. They were extremely reachable when we had questions. I would highly recommend them as owners and the condo, itself.

Overall this place is great. Location is truly unbeatable and that's the number one reason to select this place. Prior reviews about issues with cleanliness are unfounded. The place is very clean (and I"m picky about this). It has the feel of an older unit, maybe from the 60s or 70s, but that has been recently renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. It's all good, just a bit small. We were five people and it's a bit tight, but very doable. Look at the pictures closely, they are 100% accurate. Only downside to point out is that if someone in your group cannot walk up two flights of stairs, then this place could be a bit tough. It's a third floor walkup with no elevator. Every day, with ski gear. It was no problem for us, but if we had very young children or elderly/infirm people in our group then it could have been an issue. There were some comments about getting in/out of the shower. Yeah, there's a bit of a step, but again if you can climb a couple of flights of stairs (which isn't a high hurdle) then getting in/out of the shower won't be a problem at all.

Everything about this condo was terrific! We had everything we needed and then some, it was centrally located and well maintained. We can’t recommend this enough and can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was easy and comfortable. Location is perfect since it is very close to Vail Village. The property is nicely equipped with everything guests might need during their stay.

My friend and I stayed here for a gals weekend and it was perfect! Great location, easy check in, and had everything we needed including a bunch of games and DVDs! Definitely recommend for friends, couples, and families

The location of the condo cannot be beat. My family was there to enjoy Oktoberfest and had a wonderful time. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

The condo is in a great location. However it is located on the third floor and you will have to lug your bags up two flights of stairs. The showers are also tricky to get into; if you are not agile you will really have to be careful. The windows don't open but there are plenty of fans. We also thought the unit could use a deep cleaning, specifically the light fixtures. The bedding and bath towels were nice and plentiful (no washcloths, no kitchen towels).

Just an overview …. Windows do not open so a mid august stay is less than ideal. The condo was not clean and one of the showers did not drain. Overall, I would not recommend this property

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The location is ideal and the condo is nicely decorated. It is quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Just back from 4 wonderful days in Vail. Anne, the owner, was very helpful and responsive providing all info we needed. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we desired. There is no AC in the unit but plenty of fans were provided and with the temps in the 50's each night it cooled off very nicely. The location is ideal, in the middle of Lionshead Village, and is a short 15 minute walk to Vail Village. We had a great time and would book again.

Nothing beats summer in the mountains. For our stay we had some issues, but the owner was very responsive and on top of getting it resolved. Easy to communicate with as well. Overall the place was nice, showers were a little tricky (size and entering/exiting) and it could use a good deep cleaning. The section of Vail was pretty quiet compared to Vail Village but an easy walk if you want to be in the middle of things.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very comfortable, clean, great location. Has everything you would need for your stay in Lionshead.

Had a nice girls weekend with my cousin. The condo is in a great location - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Lionshead and a 2 min bus ride to Vail Village. Anne was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely rent again if in the area!

The location of this property is excellent for skiers…just steps to the gondola. It is situated in Lionshead Village, close to shops and restaurants. This property is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more. It is comfortable, and quaint. Black out drapes in the master bedroom would be nice to keep out the bright light in the outdoor corridor. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work. A major disappointment is that the property is on the third floor. Walking up three flights of stairs after a long day of skiing was difficult…especially for a senior citizen. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for family of five ski trip to Vail!

We loved our stay! The location was amazing. Fire starters provided made using the place easy. Loved the fact the kitchen was stocked with some essentials, like coffees filters. We all slept like the dead after skiing all day, but others might have a problem with amount of light from outside lighting in the bedrooms (some blackout curtains would be nice). All the humidifiers were great as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Nice apartment and Excellent host.

Our Family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 nights in December of 2022. The condo is clean, spacious, and well equipped place with pretty much everything you need for a great stay. The communication with Anne was exceptional; quick professional response to all questions before and during the stay. Location is merely steps from the ski lifts in Lionhead village. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite feature of the condo. Will surely stay there again.

This was an excellent location and well decorated. It was well equipped with all of the essential items you needed. We had four adults and enough space for everyone. The bathrooms were small and there was not enough light in the bedrooms because there was no overhead lights . We were on the third floor and there is no elevator in case anyone is interested. Overall, a great trip and PLACE.

Nice stay. Unit is well stocked with necessities. In addition to the written directions, we would have appreciated a map to the parking lot and the unit. No AC, bedrooms were stuffy at night even with fans and the patio door open because there isn't any cross-ventilation. Great walkable location in Lionshead.
