All the accommodations were great enough room for everyone.. we had 15 family members in our group and it was great with everyone having their own room and bathroom.. the kitchen was fully equipped .. the only complaint we have is the pool was warm when we got there and cold the next day .. called several times to have maintenance come to check it .. however they didn’t do anything about it till our last day there!!! We paid for our grandkids to have a pool and it was 56 degrees …. Very disappointing !!!!

Beautiful, clean, wonderful as described! Some of the reviews helped us pack extra items that were key so I will also mention those here. Huge place with everything you need. We cooked in, ate out, picnicked, and everything in between. Make sure to bring extra trashbags, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, paper towels. For this big of a spot we needed extra of all these items. We saw the note to bring beach towels but having some of these would be great. We swam CONSTANTLY and had very happy kiddos. Great place!

Great cabin with beautiful porches off every level. Cabin was well appointed and in a great location to tour Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the heated hot tub and heated pool, although we were super bummed the pool TV wouldn’t connect to the wi-if…..nor the main TV in the top floor family room. (Wi-if did work on our phones/iPads). Was quite frustrated with Jackson Home Management company throughout the reservation, as I messaged them several times, weeks out, with questions about the cabin and they did not reply at all, until I complained about it just days before we arrived. Also, couldn’t get anyone to answer their phones throughout our stay there, as we were needing help with the TV’s not working. Additionally, a stranger entered our cabin while we had the front door open, as we were shoveling kids out the door to head out for the day. He looked quite unprofessional and disheveled and held a very small bottle of a chemical, claiming he was there to service the pool… I rejected his service as I suspected he was attempting to steal our belongings after we left… I told him there’s no way management ok’ed him showing up unannounced during our stay (and not even introducing himself when he entered!- he just walked in and started looking around the main room!!). I made him leave immediately and we all became super uneasy about leaving the cabin the rest of the day. I called the management company several times during the day while we were gone to discuss the situation, but could not get through to them. I finally left them a voicemail late afternoon. They returned my call, 30 minutes before checkout the next morning. They said they have contacted the pool company and would let me know what they find out. Haven’t heard back from them still. The cabin was beautiful and suited our large family very well, but we were extremely disappointed with it’s owners communication. There needs to be a more direct way to contact them when you are using their property.

This Cabin was vey clean and space for everyone

Everything went smoothly with renting, arrival and during weeks stay. Family enjoyed the view, location, well equipped kitchen. Quick response to a couple minor issues.

My family and friends all enjoyed staying at this property. There were 16 of us, and with 4 levels, it is easy to spread out and enjoy the multiple amenities. The one negative is they do provide basics like soap, garbage bags, dish detergent, but not enough for a home for 20 people. We were given 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and a sample size of dish soap, for a 5 day stay.

The cabin was perfect for our family trip of 17 plenty of room nice and spread out. You can’t beat the view and the pool is an awesome extra definitely recommend this place!

This was a great property and plenty roomy for our 13 family members. The house was in excellent condition and spotless with a large and fully equipped kitchen. I wish the pool had been heated though. We enjoyed the Gatlinburg area especially the zip lining, river tubing and convenience to food shopping.

This was our second time going to this cabin and did not disappoint! Many levels in this property makes it great to spread apart. Pool and hot tub area is so relaxing and set up nicely

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin! It was perfect for our family vacation. All 17 of us just loved it! All my dreams came true when we started seeing bears! We watched the July 4th fireworks from the deck.

How's and locations we're perfect. House has everything we needed and was set up for adults and kids to enjoy. The property management company was really lacking. It was disappointing to be in such a nice house and have it not be kept up well and not get the house code or welcome packet on arrival. Toliet seats were broken, jets on the jacuzzi didn't work. Missing batteries and remotes and animals living in the walls. The owners did suck a great job with the house but all of the interaction and issues with the management company was very disappointing unfortunately! We would definitely rent it when we come back if it was a different circumstance.

Pool alarm was blaring, took a while to get ahold of someone. We were told there was a DVD player but there wasn’t. Kids wanted to swim for the last night but all power went out on bottom level. A little disappointing on some things but all the extras were mostly there. So comfortable for our whole group. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. I would stay there again!

It’s extremely slippery extremely dangerous we put towels and mats down to keep from slipping. I did have a small issue with the TV’s and they responded immediately. Still would rate it 5 stars

We had three generations of family for a week, ranging in age from 2 to 73. The space and entertainment options were perfect for toddlers, teens and adults. And the view upon entering was breathtaking! This was an ideal getaway for our summer vacation.

Amazing amenities - Indoor pool, hot tub, many balconies, nice view, pool table, theater room. Great location to destinations in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property seemed practically brand new when we stayed in it.
