Our stay was very nice. Cute place. Easy check in process. Good communication with host.

The property was fresh & clean. Based on the VRBO listing we were expecting a futon for our adult son to sleep on. But the futon has been replaced with a love seat couch that doesn't make into a bed. There was a floor mattress there for him to use & he found that comfortable enough. It would have been nice to have a large proper chef knife there since we did a lot of cooking. Overall a nice, cute place to stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. It was cozy, just as advertised, but plenty of space for the 2 of us. This was the best "stocked" place we have ever stayed in. We'd definitely return here.

We booked last minute for a quick weekend trip. This location was easy to access and met our needs for significantly less cost than the hotels in flagstaff. It worked out well!

Our visit here was fantastic. The home had everything we could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home was clean and homey! We would absolutely consider staying here again.

We stayed 3 nights. It's a great base if you're hiking near by, in Sedona, or going to the Grand Canyon. Very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and answered texts right away.

We so thoroughly enjoyed 2 weeks in this cozy comfy loft. We loved everything about it! The hosts have kept us all in mind and have covered all the details, to make your stay remarkable. Beyond perfect!

Great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the local university all within 5 to 10 minutes. The loft itself is very clean and spacious and serving. Our needs perfectly. Everything about it was great.

This loft was very clean and the perfect size for Myself, husband and 19 year old son. I assumed there would be a fold out couch but there was a mattress you lay on the floor. Not a big deal to us, but it might matter to someone else. I thought this place might be a little more remote but it was in a neighborhood with a lot of neighbors and a 10 minute drive to town. Again, a nice place.

The perfect stay for the Summer Trials at Fort Tuthill. A beautiful modern, simple, clean loft to come home to after a day of heat, horses and lots of dust. We are a repeat stay … we appreciate this loft so much.

The property was nice and as-advertised inside (although there were a few stray hairs in the shower) however the pathway between the driveway parking and getting to the stairs to go up to the loft was extremely muddy and slick (both mud and ice & snow.). (In addition to only being shoveled in a narrow path.). It needs address / mitigated as soon as possible.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay in the loft, it was nice to wake up in the trees. Rob is one of the best hosts, he was so kind and easy to work with. The loft was appointed with many special touches to let you know that they care about your stay.

Me, my boyfriend, and my 2 boys ( ages 8 and 12) stayed recently. Everything was very clean and easy accessible. There was a comfortable Queen bed in the "bedroom" (no door). One of my kids slep on the couch (8yr old) , while a spare matress was also provided for my 12 yr old to sleep on the floor. Climate turned from decent to cold outside, but nice and cozy inside. I came up to spend time at a camping site (dispersed camping near Mund's Park). This location was awesome. It was only a 15-20 min drive to the site. The owners very accommodating.

The location is so convenient for taking day trips. We went to the Grand Canyon, Winslow, Sedona, etc. The property is the upstairs loft and feels very private. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed.

Cute little loft and great location. This loft was easy to check-in and out of and very clean. This is our second stay at this property, Aude and Rob are great at communicating and answering any questions. We look forward to staying here again

Quiet escape to the Pines
Very cute, roomy, Showroom perfect place! Close to Extreme Adventures Zipline experience which we had a blast zipping thru trees! Owners were kind and helpful with everything! Nice quiet neighborhood- would stay again! Thank you!

Great experience, location is in a wonderful spot if you have a car for going to Sedona and/or Flagststaff. Apartment was clean and well stocked and we felt very welcome when we arrived.

Great jumping off spot for a weekend getaway
The property worked for exactly what my family and I needed. We planned a weekend in Flagstaff full of activities and adventures for my wife's birthday. The property was as described, was easy to go to and from, and was close to everything we wanted to do.
