We loved the location and views. Check in was very easy. All the communication before our stay that was needed, was sent to us in a timely manner. I see it is on the listing now but wasn't when we booked, but the divider by the where the bed is at was a big plus. Very close to lifts 4 and 1. Wonderful to be able to have our vehicle parked in parking garage. since no one was coming in right after us, we easily were able to extend out stay by a day since they had just had big snow.
It also was great to have washer an dryer in unit.
Simply decorated but very comfortable.
Definitely would stay here again!

We have stayed in this unit before, so basically knew what to expect. The decor is simple....not overdone. Like the location & especially the garage parking. The only drawback is the strong scented detergent & dryer sheets used on the linens......a problem for those of us with allergies to fragrances.

Great property. The location was perfect. Not exactly ski in/ski out, but close - ski in, but a short walk to ski out. There were a few things that weren't perfect, but I'd be nitpicking because the location was so good and the unit had pretty much everything we needed. If there was one issue that disappointed, it was the fire wood provided would not burn and I definitely know how to start a fire.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our son to stay in during our recent ski trip. The room has a beautiful view of mountains as well as the Purgatory Express ski lift. It’s a convenient walk to the lift as well as the shops of Purgatory. The bed was comfy and our son had the couch. Any issues were quickly resolved by management which we appreciated. Although the room is small, we were very comfortable and had plants of space for all our gear. Plus the room was super clean! We loved it!

Great location right at the base!
Stayed 3 nights with family of 4 (2 small kids). Location was perfect, main lift is right outside the patio. Also nice to have a designated covered parking spot. Place was clean and comfortable.

Awesome Views, Cozy space
Gorgeous views and cozy space for my husband and I. The hosts were attentive and great communicators!! Very easy to work with:)
Overall very clean except the carpet had many stains and burn holes from fireplace we are assuming.
We suggested a pillow top or foam pad for bed.

it was a nice closing weekend and the place could definitely use an upgrade but other than that it provided all we needed for our 3day vacay

Great location
This property is in a great location but could use some updates. It is roomy enough for our family. Our 8 and 11 year old used the pull out but there there no linens. The management company did bring us some the next day.

Perfect view of base.Unfortunately our stay started off rocky... the previous folks broke the oven handle off and the coffee pot was broken. Attempted to work with management but they spent a day and a half arguing that this was so minor and we really should be thankful for being allowed to deal with these inconveniences...

Best location
I have stayed in this location twice and I can’t say enough with how fantastic the location is. So easy to walk right into the ski hill or pop home for lunch. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean. Management group were responsive to my calls immediately. There were a few items that needed fixed but that didn’t interfere with the quality of my stay. Having access to the Durango Fitness Center was also an awesome plus. Kids loved the pool!

Great Location
The location was great and clean but needs some updating. The kitchen doesn't have much counter space. The fridge is a very small fridge. The couch pull out bed was not comfortable but the kids didn't really mind that much. The place was very convenient, right outside lift 4 and short walk to the main express lift. We had a great time! The views were amazing from the 4th floor overlooking the mountain.

Awesome location!
The property was great. So close to the lifts and very easy access to everything at Purgatory Village! Totally ski-in/ski-out once you are down the elevator! The actual bed is a full not a queen but the pull out couch looks like a queen. Upon arrival we couldn't find the parking permit (it was missing) and the internet code given was incorrect. We spent about 45 mins trying to fix both of those issues, but when we called the property manager, Erica was super responsive and we got it all figured out. Don't waste time and frustration...call them immediately! All in all, awesome place for the price and great access to the mountain!

Very convenient location
Mostly great - wondrous location to get to the Purgatory Express lift. Condo is pretty good, although a couple of niggles: as others have said, no dishwasher, but then again, they didn't say they had one so it's not a deal breaker. The other niggle is that the carpet is pretty old and tired with a few burn marks on it: it could do with updating. Otherwise, great.

Perfect for a couple
This condo is just the right size for 2 people. It has a nice little balcony with a view of the Twilight lift, which is only a few steps from the building. All the towels were new. I love the separated foyer for snow gear. Met the owner and she was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a nice location for access to hiking and scenic drives
The condo is an older unit and needs some updates. The supplies were nicely stocked. There is no dishwasher. The dining table needs some type of lighting as we had to pull a table lamp over to see to dine. It was inadequate. The bathroom area needs a nite lite as it is very enclosed and doesn't receive any prepherial light at night. It was wonderfully quiet both day and night. We were there in the fall so it might be different during ski season.

Great little slope side stay
This property is perfect for a quick get away. We were skiing for 5 days early March. Just my husband and I, really close to the Plaza and lifts. It's not the fanciest place but it gets the job done! The location and having a parking space are great. We needed a couple of things when we got there and management was courteous and quick to respond - very nice experience!!
