It was excellent and we would stay there again.

This was our first visit to Destin, and renting this condo at Sandpiper Cove made our stay great. Condo was clean, quiet, and had pretty much anything our family of 3 needed, including a few pods for laundry and the dishwasher. The property was well maintained and safe/secure. We enjoyed the numerous pools at the complex and were right outside the little golf course. We didn't have time to play pickleball or tennis, but the courts looked like they had been resurfaced not long ago. The beach was about a 5-minute walk through the complex and across the street. The water was beautiful, and the sand was clean! Having the beach chair/umbrella service through the condo was awesome so we weren't lugging chairs every day. The bathroom and showers at the beach entrance were an added bonus. Tons of activities and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive from the condo, and we were even able to see fireworks from the canal bridge one night! All-in-all, this well-priced condo was comfy and in a fantastic location. Thanks for a great stay!!!

The room had everything you could possibly need to feel like home and because of that our family had a really great vacation. The beach is roughly a 10 minute walk from the room- which isn’t bad at all. We stayed on one of the hottest weeks of the year though so after walking a few days we decided it was better for us to drive. As long as you drive over before noon you will have a parking spot available. Also the beach chair rentals that come with the property are 100% worth it. We would head to the beach around 8:45-9am to get front row seating, then head back to the room to eat and get ready for the day before heading out to the beach for the whole day. For the golfer of the family- The par 3 golf course is more like a chipping practice course. My husband said the greens were more like fairways and they may have been 50 yards a hole- but honestly he wasn’t too upset about it. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had before our stay and overall the whole experience here at Daniel’s Sandpiper Cove was amazing.

New visitors to the area, we were happy with this clean and cute location and having the beach right across the road with food and drink available at the Sandtrap Grill was great! We enjoyed our short drive to parking at the beach and having chairs and umbrella available with the rental, so handy when you’ve traveled by air !! We, also, enjoyed entertainment in the area with golfing (including the little 9 hole on the rental site) and dining/music at the harbor.

The stay here was fantastic. From the location and the nice neighborhood. We will be coming back. The owner had the condo full of everything we could possibly need. Thank you for providing such an amazing place for us to enjoy our precious little family.

Very nice for the price

Perfect home away from home for our family. The condo is nice (needs few updates here and there), all the necessities included, short walk (5-10 minutes) to the beach, nice neighborhood, awesome restaurant on premises, golf course just outside the door, close to attractions. We would 10/10 recommend it!

Very nice for the price

Corner condo close to the canal made it great for paddle boarding. We appreciated that the owner had an umbrella and golf clubs in the closet for renters to use while enjoying the beach and property amenities. The entrance was close to the parking lot which made it easy to carry things to and from the property and vehicle. The owner was prompt getting back to me when I had questions. Great accommodating space! We feel in love with the Sandpiper Community!

Daniel's Sandpiper Cove was a great experience overall, but the property management company completely botched our check-in process. They told us the condo we booked through Vrbo was double booked, and they didn't look any further than that. For the money I paid and time I allocated to spring break weekend, I expected better customer service than "there's nothing I can do. That's Vrbo's problem." I personally had to call the owner of the condo, who was super helpful, and he assured me there was no one else who booked the condo during our reserved time. He explained to me that his cleaning lady uses his pass onto the property to clean the condo, which could have been the reason property management was saying that someone was already there. Sure enough, that was the precise reason their system was showing someone else occupying the property at the time. I as the renter should not have had to figure that out on my own. property management should've been able to quickly figure that out for me. They also yelled at my sister, who arrived ahead of me, when she initially discovered the whole confusing situation.

Absolutely great stay! Way more room than it looks. Family of four fits easily. Perfect location within Sandpiper Cove. Has most everything you need. Price was outstanding for the space and location. Hope to schedule another stay next year!

Photos online did not match the the interior of condo. Listing says "no pets" but apparently the owner brings his dog there as the condo smelled of dog and had dog hair everywhere. No Pets should mean no pets are allowed period. There are numerous items that need to be updated and repaired. The location and amenities of the Sandpiper Cove were very nice.

Everything we needed was included. Weather was perfect 2 heated pools and 3 hot tubs! Even a 9 hole mingled into condo neighborhood! Extremely well maintained village Quiet and just nice Beach was so close we walked it twice a day

Location was perfect , our unit was a little to far away to walk to the beach but we parked right at the snack bar across the street, which was nice. Lenny was VERY responsive to all messages that I sent.

The condo had everything we needed! It was clean, arranged well , and the owner was great! My sons and husband had so much fun on the golf course . The private beach was very nice!!

Overall for the price, location and amenities makes this unit great. The location is great for kids since the unit backs to golf course. The young kids would play catch etc. Quick distance to the pool. Plus the canal is great for night fishing. The amenities for the complex are great plus Lenny has umbrella and chair service included which is a huge cost savings. All you have to do is talk the guys at the beach and give them your room number. Overall for what you get for the price this is a 5 star condo and plan to visit again soon.

This wonderful condo was the perfect place for our getaway. Very clean and excellent location. Check-in was great because we went straight to the condo vs checking in at the office. Highly recommend.

We just left this cute little condo! We had a great time. I was pleasantly surprise at how open the space was and I even thought it looked way better in person than on the photos. I honestly have nothing negative to say. The only issue we had with the internet wifi (my mistake) was taken care of within an hour of emailing. The host communication was great! Make sure you open the attachments he sends. The information is a little different than what is listed on the vrbo key page that is sent to you. Overall this property is great for a small family. (Now for some mom notes) - bring laundry pods and you can wash those dirty towels and wet swimwear before leaving -bring chairs/umbrella to beach. This condo does not come with the chairs/umbrella on the beach (you can set up in front of those chairs) -condo has a outside shower to rinse off before going inside to minimize sand in bath - there is a restroom (upstairs) and showers at the building in front of the beach. It’s located towards the back of the complex but even with 3 little kids the walk to the beach was less than 10 mins.

This was our first tine in Destin and we really enjoyed our time. The condo was so spacious, was fully equipped with towels, dishes, pots and pans and even swimming gear. Plus it was so close to our own private beach. We really enjoyed ourselves, we definitely cant wait to come back, Im so glad I found this place we are definitely planning on making this our family vacation spot. Awesome hospitality!
