We were very happy with this unit. Everything met our expectations based on the pictures and descriptions given. Communication from Warren Beach Rentals was great and made the entire process very easy. The views from the room, amenities offered, and vicinity to food/activities were all perfect. We will definitely be returning!

Condo was in perfect shape. Lots of space for the family and the views were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet - could not here neighbors. Would recommend others not to forget the binoculars to dolphin watch at night on the balcony. Would recommend this condo without reservation.

We stayed a week had no problems. Enjoyed every minute. Place was just what we wanted. No issues.

Our family of 4 visited during the 1st week of May which was also Bike Week. We were able to walk to Pier Park and Sharkeys! Such a great trip, this oceanfront condo was the perfect size and very clean as well!

Wonderful unit beautiful furnishing. Cannot beat the location. I would have given it a 5 star but the house keeping company did not clean very well. Trash under bed , soiled linens in 3rd bedroom and toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. The management responded very quickly to resolve concerns but I had already begun cleaning, , yuk

This was our first Christmas away from home. Thinking we were going to warmer waters in Panama City Beach we were mistaken. The arctic blast of 22 hit there as well and most of the week was cold however sunny. Our stay did have a hiccup as we had to change resorts a week or so before leaving. Luckily the property manager at Warren Beach Rentals was quick to assist and setup before our stay. Condo was setup perfectly for our family of 5 with plenty of room and beautiful ocean front view. Our stay at the Splash Resort was very nice the entire week. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the cold weather and the beautiful clear waters did not disappoint. Hope to see you guys in the future.

Very nice condo. Would be nice if more items were provided such as toilet paper and trash bags. Very good location and we would return.

This was a beautiful condo in a nice property. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, and it was well supplied with high end furnishings and kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking tools etc. A lot of rental units cheap out on these and this condo did not, we appreciated the quality of all the supplied items. The resort itself has very nice pools, and a poolside bar for yummy drinks. Staff was constantly at work mopping wet floors in common areas and keeping everything nice. They work hard. One thing to note, there is a bar across the street that plays very loud music at night. The back bedroom with the twin beds faces the street and it is very loud in that room until quite late at night. If you don't need to use that bedroom, this won't be a problem as you cannot hear that noise from the water side bedrooms. We would choose this condo again in the future.

This condo was the cleanest we have stayed in! We loved how big and nice the bathrooms are. That was a big bonus for us. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The balcony has very comfortable furniture and a great view. Hardly heard the noise from the pool being so high. Storage in the kitchen and large fridge. You do have to be very careful with the doors. If they are open longer than a couple minutes the air shuts off and has to be reset. That was the only problem we had in the condo but staff was just a text away and easily walked us through the fix. There was a beach umbrella, some sand toys and chairs in the closet. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well. We really enjoyed this condo it was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom. TVs were nice and updated as well. The resort pools are very nice and leads out onto the beach. The rental chairs that are included are easy to ask for and simple process. There are stairs that lead down to the beach so if you are bringing a beach wagon that is a bit of a pain. We just carried ours up and down them. Live music some nights. Nice little pool side bar for snacks, drinks, and the bartender made our daughter a little drink as well which was sweet. The location is perfect. It's right behind pier park so quick access to shopping, restaurants, Walmart, and Target. Any hiccup we had the resort staff took care of very quickly. The parking garage is very easy to get in and out of and the breezeway is air conditioned. Overall it's great place to stay, the rental company is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a large 3 bed 3 bath. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the view. The patio furniture is also very plush and made for long stays on the patio enjoying the view. Best part is the building is concrete so you don’t hear anyone above, below, or next to you.

I definitely recommend this property. The condo was very spacious and clean. We loved the location because we were attending the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and it was in walking distance. It was easy checking into the garage and condo. I must say the condo was exactly like the website. I plan to stay in this condo every year I attend the Festival. condo 2102 Cheryl

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. My friends were very impressed with the decor and layout of the unit. Not everyone who was coming was able to make it so we had more than ample room and privacy. The girls were very impressed and we would definitely stay again.

We had 2 couples. So the 2 masters really helped. The condo is beautiful. And the view was spectacular.

We love the Aqua and this unit was perfect. It was so well designed and nicely furnished. It was spacious and clean. Perfect for our Family Thanksgiving getaway. Will be back for sure.

Excellent property with wonderful touches and a beautiful view. Large and comfortable balcony. Updated kitchen appliances and plenty of space. Not the condo owners issue, but the property elevators were slow, and one of the elevators was being serviced each day we were there.

The beds and furniture were comfortable, super kitchen, nice floor plan.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Aqua 2102. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with high-end appliances and appointments and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the large patio, proximity to many restaurants, bars, shops, and the fabulous beach views and access! The condo's layout with two masters with beachfront views was wonderful! We had five women in our group for a long weekend and everything was perfect! Check-in and checkout procedures were as easy as could be and Warren Beach Rentals was very responsive to the questions I had prior to our arrival!

The condo is beautiful and very well equipped with anything a person may need during their stay. There are only a few things that we felt could be different. There needs to be more towels readily available and even though this isn’t the condo owners fault .. the elevator issue is a big deal. Towards the end of our stay on that Thursday , we were down to 1 working elevator for 23 floors to use. We were on floor 21 so due to the fact that we had a lot of things that needed to be taken back home , we decided out of fear of having to walk down 21 floors of steps if the other elevator went out.. we left & checked out a day early. There is no way we could’ve walked down the steps . We were having a great time & loved our condo but just could see with how much the elevators are used , that the last elevator would be going out soon.

Warren Beach Rentals were great. They answered all our questions immediately. The booking, check In and check out process was easy. They went so far as to call us the day before our arrival with suggestions on how to make the check in process go smoother. The condo was as advertised in the photo's and description. The appliances are high quality and the kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items. The two master bedrooms worked well for us. Separate bathrooms for all three bedrooms was convenient. The balcony furniture is sturdy and comfortable. The two sets of beach chairs was a plus. Location is convenient to Pier Park . All four tv's had the same remote which was handy.

In our many stays in Panama City Beach, this by far was the best!!!! This Condo is amazing!!! The view is EVERYTHING!!! My entire family was so comfortable here. The unit is very clean. They have everything that you would need inside and the quality of it all was unbelievable. I was very impressed with the dishes, silverware, etc. The decor was also beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again. The pools were great and being right on the beach is so convenient especially with a toddler. This is my new favorite place to stay.

We had a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and the mall within walking distance. Not our favorite beach for walking. Overall would recommend it as a good family place to vacation.

We left our vacation rental at Aqua yesterday and I have received an email asking for a 5 star review. You already know how my family vacation was for my 28+ family members. We are all truly disappointed. We look forward to our annual Florida vacation/family reunion but this year has left a horrible taste with my entire family. Does this not give you pause when you are renting condos to unknowingly families getting ready for the time of their life? Tell me how you would feel if this was happening to your entire family and elderly 79 and 85 year old parents? •We rented 5 condos •No one seemed to care that things were not taken care of after we told you •We were never told about the elevator situation until late Sunday after check in on Saturday •Everyone leaving and staying at Aqua knew about the elevators before us and all were complaining and we were told by the staff so many different stories about the elevator situation we have no idea what to believe. I do however know that we had to walk up and down 12-21 flights of stairs due to the extensive wait to try to get on an elevator (that was more than likely overloaded and unsafe. •I never received an update on the elevator situation after being told we would receive updates. •The condo was not clean-the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived •Closet door falling off in the bedroom •No water pressure in bath 2-We rent and pay for 3 BR with 3 Baths for a reason •I myself rented 2 (3 bedroom condos) and the rest of my family rented separately and they will leave their reviews as well. •Mold in the showers and hair all the up the shower walls •Mold around all shower faucets in all bathrooms Just a heads up! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils you could think of. We found out this is one of the few rentals with four beach chairs included. Definitely would stay again!

We loved our stay at this condo and it was perfect for our family. The posting was accurate and exceeded our expectations. We loved the added sand toys and boogie boards; the kids spent hours on the beach using them. Warren Beach company was very friendly and responsive, they made our trip a breeze. The location of this resort was perfect. We were a quick walk to Pier Park and spent a morning fishing off of the near by pier. Highly recommend booking with Warren Beach, they will make sure that you have a great stay.

The Warrens were wonderful to deal with, the condo was SOOO nice, 2 masters with ocean view balconies! Huge balcony with panoramic views , beach chairs, nice inside, great layout, we would definitely rent this unit again- thank you! Dayla

We LOVED this condo!! Will definitely come back. It is so close to everything. The elevator to the pool/beach/street was right outside the door to make everything so easy (no packed areas, waiting for elevators, walking across a large property). The 4 beach chairs and service was wonderful too. Location is right Across from shuckums with food and karaoke. Quick walk to pier park, sharkys, etc. Inside the condo was decorated beautifully, all appliances worked, no issues. Anytime I emailed warren asking any questions they had such a quick and helpful response. Other than the weather (rainy 3 days) everything else was so easy and wonderful!
