My family LOVES everything about this resort! It's right on the beach, so easy access to the beach. There are plenty of activities for visitors of ALL ages (kids activities all day long and adult entertainment on the pool deck- we particularly love the Polynesian Fire Dance show). Kids also eat free with purchase of an adult meal ($18 or more, which is expensive, but nice when kids are getting their own food and not eating off of you). When your kids get tired of being slammed by the waves or covered in sand, they can go relax and play in the lazy river. This was my 3 year old's favorite spot! My 7 year old loved the "kid hot tub". The kids' water play area is also fun. We also loved not needing to take our own towels, as they have a booth where you can get fresh towels at any time the pool is open. Another thing we loved is that floats and other pool toys are welcome in the main pool. Lastly, we are thankful for the lost and found area! It is so easy to leave something behind, but knowing exactly where to go when something is missing is appreciated!
Meal prices seem a little high, but totally worth it! Otherwise, we don't have a single complaint about this resort! We will continue to come back!!

Great overall experience! Our family had such a blast! The performances in the evenings were fantastic, food was great, pools were clean and well maintained, rooms were cleaned and had everything we needed, service was amazing, my kids loved being able to swim at night while the movies played, overall we couldn’t have picked a better place!
Everything and everyone was super happy and helpful. No complaints!! It was a great time and experience for our family!

The pools were very nice. The entertainment at night was wonderful. The staff that work there are very polite. We had a lot of fun!
Rooms could be cleaner and the food was good but very expensive. Breakfast buffet was not that great for the price.

I liked the fact that everything we needed was right there on the premises. Didn’t have to get in the car and drive anywhere. Location was great.

The price of the restaurant on site was insanely high, not a deal breaker but I wouldn't eat there again.

The property was clean. The plants were gorgeous! There was plenty of staff on hand and they were very friendly and helpful!
The breakfast buffet was overpriced and the bed hurt my back.

You don’t even have to leave the property.
The staff is amazing, the pools are amazing.
There is nothing lacking for a family, plenty of options for all!
I would have liked that the water was heated all the way thur May, it was still a bit chilly and the heated water would have been nice.
Possibly another hot tub, because the one was crowded the whole time.

The view is amazing, and excellent location. Room and facilities pretty clean and consistent.
I had a massive problem with my included breakfast. My reservation was for three people, but my sister is 17, and this is considered a kid for the hotel. However, the breakfast was only included for adults, and this information was not given to me once. I tried to look it up on the website or in booking, but I never found it. I just found it at the front desk of the hotel. But since I could do anything, I chose to pay a part. But now my biggest problem, when paying for her, is that she wasn't considered a kid. Now, she is considered an adult and pays 45 dollars daily for breakfast. It was a series of ridiculous decisions from the hotel, unfortunately.

Food was excellent and location unbeatable
Short-staffed for table serving (long wait at the table for food even if you have kids). The room service did not do our beds the second night although they did replenish with dry towels. The water of the pool and lazy river was not the cleanest

Everything! So much to do and lots of live entertainment and shows. Pools, kids areas and kid’s activities. Clean Beach!

We had two days they didn’t pick up our room. Having two kids we accumulated a lot of trash and needed towels everyday. I had to ask several times one day to get towels

Food was excellent but fairly expensive. Staff always nice and helpful. The location on the Gulf of Mexico was stunning!

We didn’t have to leave the resort at all if we didn’t want to. The various pools, water play area, restaurants, and activities provided more than enough to do.
The margarita we ordered at the poolside bar was $15 and not good, though we combatted this by bringing our own beverages on future days.

Staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to needs. View from room was amazing and wonderful to wake up to everyday!
Meals were a little pricey but there was a full size fridge and microwave in our room and choices for other restaurants were within a short driving distance. It would have been helpful to have a sink outside of bathroom so if someone is using the bathroom, another person could at least wash face/brush teeth, etc.,
