El trato de los trabajadores

No es negativo lo que tengo que decir sino que me gustaría que las actividades de los niños sean más a menudo en el área de piscina donde todos los clientes puedan participar

수영장에 누군가가 똥을 쌌는데.. 그게 완전하게 치워지지 않아서 불쾌했어요... 다음번에는 아이부터 어른까지 모두 다 이용하는 수영장이니 청결에 좀 더 신경 써주셨으면 좋겠어요

Not all the elevators were working and they were too slow. Also, there is no control over moving chairs around in the pool area. Some people actually blocked pathways for others in certain areas.

The overall location

It was over priced, it didn’t have any lights over the table in the room so if you had to eat it was in the dark, the balcony didn’t have any lights. The side of the bed close to the ac was smelling like urine the entire stay. I had to buy air fresheners just to get through. The breakfast package is a joke, kids over 11 is considered adults so we didn’t get breakfast our entire stay because i had to use more cards the days we did go to breakfast just because I have 2 boys, ages 12 &13 who had to be considered adults which is wild to me. Because they couldn’t go eat alone without an adult present. The freezer on the refrigerator didn’t work so our ice cream melted, it’s no place or room to cook if I had chose to. This was my 1st and last time staying at a resort. I usually stay at an AirBNB and it’s definitely more affordable and we usually have the best time. I chose this place cause of the location and it looked pretty cleaned, but when I have to ask for towels the 1st 2 days and to see when are they gonna change our trash, then it’s not the place I want to recommend. Not to mention my niece is 10mths and on the 1st day she crawled on the floor her toes were black, the room was part floor and part carpet and the carpet smelled sooooo bad I almost asked for a different room, but figured I would get the same thing in a different room just because of all the water near by. Don’t recommend, even though the pool, the activities, the food, the beach is all good, the resort itself is not worth the over priced I paid.
