The house was well stocked with all the essentials as well as some really nice extras. Our kids especially loved the pool. We had a great stay, thank you!

Oksana's house was perfect for our quick trip to Sacramento. They neighborhood was so lovely to walk around in, close to a beautiful park, and the pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. Oksana was very easy to communicate with and was available to chat when I had questions.

Loved the back yard and pool. Had a great time in town with friends for a wedding. All adults stayed and we had plenty of room for everyone. Beds and baths accurate on listing. One bedroom has an en suite which was great for my husband and I, and then one bedroom was downstairs by itself for great privacy. Convenience store on the block was awesome to walk to for drinks and snacks. Bars and restaurants on J street in Midtown were so much fun to walk to. We didn't need to get in the car for anything other than the wedding we attended! Thanks so much to our host and hostess!

This house was a great location and plenty of space for the 6 adults who stayed there. We enjoyed the front porch and back yard area. Everything we needed was in the house and we enjoyed the welcome gifts from the host also!

Our son is moving to Sacramento for law school so this was our first house hunting trip. We all loved the cottage, the location was a great introduction to the neighborhood and we felt right at home! The owners responded immediately when we had trouble with the door code, and the house was charming and so well cared for we felt at home right away. Thanks so much!!

Such a great little gem in Sacramento. Great for a girls trip; there were 3 of us and we all had our own areas and the house was very clean. Limited parking is the only downside to highly recommend carpooling like we did. Thanks Oksana for a great stay.

This property looked nice online but I did not end up staying here. I inquired about their pricing and then went another direction. It did appear they pre-booked me after my inquiry and I did not authorize that. I just asked about their prices.

This house is so cute with so much character. The owners were very responsive and addressed any concerns immediately. We loved having the space and kitchen for our trip for the marathon.

Property was decorated with a clean, comfy home like vibe. However, after booking property, I was welcomed with message from the property managers or owners that made sure I knew the neighbors were going to be watching me/us. I've never done anything that's warranted this type of response, so it was not expected. In addition, the entire kitchen, living room, back patio glass door had no coverings and could be seen through by neighbors, adjacent parking lot, and other people behind the property. -1.5 stars for "watchful neighbors," -1.5 stars for not feeling safe due to no window coverings where privacy matters. For the price, the least I could ask for is privacy and feeling safe.

Very nice house in Downtown Sac. Easy freeway access. Great kitchen for cooking. Walking distance to some stellar food and drink. The house was nicely decorated and the 4 of us were very comfortable hanging out. Plenty of room and the backyard was a real treat. Lots of spots to chill. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Oksana

We returned yesterday from a 3 day stay at this property. I love older homes, so it was a nice fit for me & my husband. The place has been nicely restored & has all the modern amenities… The area is not super quiet & is quite close to a freeway. The noise was well muted inside.

My sister and I stayed here while moving my daughter into her dorm at UCDavis. The home is absolutely beautiful, and the area had many restaurants and places to go. We loved it. Also, the owner was extremely nice and helpful in every way. Will definitely rent again.

We loved our stay at this home and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is cozy, well decorated, the pool is hours of entertainment, and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Communication with the Oksana was easy and prompt. She's an incredibly considerate host. We would come back to stay in a heartbeat!

We had a fun stay at this beautifully designed home. Super charming property, well located to restaurants, Sutter Fort, neighborhood parks, the Capital district, etc. We really enjoyed the tree-lined streets, dips in the pool, and easy access to lots of Sac sites. Thanks!

This quaint bungalow style home was a perfect place for our out of town family during Christmas, The owner is very responsive and pleasant, and quickly resolved one minor problem (front door lock wasn’t working). The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is an amazing pool and patio/BBQ area in the back, but it was too cold to take advantage; it would be wonderful during the summer. If you need a place to call ‘home’ in Sacramento, you can’t go wrong with this house.

This is an amazing place. We had a fairly large group for a family reunion so we rented the upstairs and downstairs house and apartment. Both were sparkling clean and well equipped. We loved the large backyard and pool. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We were lucky to stay here in Sacramento

This home was the perfect place for my family and I to stay during my wedding weekend. It is on a quiet street yet centrally located with plenty around it for convenience. First and foremost, the owners responded immediately to every question or inquiry. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and were so helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The home was well equipped with every necessity you could think of and more. The finishing and decor are top notch and absolutely darling. Nothing was spared in providing comfort to the guests - my dad got the best sleep he’s had in years, crediting the mattress and bedding. We made full use of the grill, patio, pool, and lounge area, everything is of high quality, in excellent condition and very well maintained. Overall it’s an awesome house, extremely comfortable, and has excellent hosts! 10/10 THANK YOU!

The rental was stylish yet warm and wecolcoming. We had everything we needed to make a family dinner. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The pool was an added bonus. I will definitely rent this home again when visiting the area.

Booked this because of it's proximity to McKinley Park and was pleasantly surprised how great it was! On street parking was never an issue, walking distance to stores, awesome space all around. Not easy to find such a big place in Sacramento. Will definitely check this house out for future stays.
